Its incredible that as animation gets better, stories get worse. This animation is really bad and it's crazy that it was only like 20 years ago, yet the stories were better. It's like this with vidya and music too. Technical quality got better while everything else got worse.
That's just the brain drain showing. All of that technical excellence doesn't mean shit when a programmer can't handle a simple stack overflow.

This is one of the few specials I go out of my way to watch every year. I love the songs, I love the stupid jokes and puns, and I just love Olive. As I get older, the holidays don't grab me as much as they used to. But every time I hear Olive's opening song and her utter adoration for Christmas, it really does put a smile on my face.
I prefer her successful brother better
