It was neither for me, but the Khans camp after raiding Vault 15. Waiting for 12 npcs to take their shitty turns walking in circles around tents doing nothing so I could get a single swing off on a guy and miss 50% of the time or deal completely insignificant damage before watching the 12 morons do their song and dance once again really hammered in the feeling of “I could literally be doing anything else with my life and be having a better time” in a way no series, film, book or game ever has or will.

True. 1 is worth a few playthroughs, but it's vastly outclassed by all the 3d games. Idk why people choose to die on that hill, they're the ones that are making sure nothing good ever gets made. I hate nostalgia Black folk so much it's unreal.

Not really anon, in fact I'd say it's the common opinion by fans of the series, if anything preferring the 3d's is the contrarian opinion. No different than saying you prefer 4 to NV.
2 is genuinely a blast just over the story and all the minor details. Plus the characters are actually interesting. Combat is shitty since it's basically break the system or seethe all day. Which is what filters most

Different anon but higher Agility gives you more AP and action economy is king in every fight. Just the difference from firing one shot to two is astronomical.

I know, not sure why he thinks 10 Agility is mandatory though. Tons of builds can work without it.
They can work but every single build is going to do better by having Agility as high as possible compared to if it was lower. The least thought out Agility Build is still going to trounce the most fine tune build without agility just by the numbers of getting to do everything twice or three times as often.

Bethesda actually ruined fallout despite the fun games they made and there are many vids that go into detail explaining this clearly
The og fallout had a world and atmosphere that has still been unmatched. There is no villain in any of the new fallout games that is even half as good as The Master.
While I like a lot about the first 2 Fallout, Super Mutant design was a miss. The Overgrown lips and need for a strap just for them to be able to talk correctly was really goofy. Bethesda's newer Super Mutants are a little plain but I think they still get the idea across. If they just brought some Intelligent Gen 2 Mutants into the equation, maybe gave them some actually impressive armor and bring back the Cybernetics they'd be cool
I did enjoy watching this guy's cybernetics violently explode out of him though.
I have yet to complete either of these games but I intend too.

Much of the same really, really the current show we got was basically the original Fallout movie script from the 90's everything down to Vault Tek causing the war. Really funny to see fans praise it when most said that script was shit.
