There's very little CGI in this scene if there is any at all. I believe it's entirely practical.
The Burly Brawl is a lot of practical but almost everything with Neo and the pole is CGI.
Chateau is largely practical with some minor CGI.
Highway scene is of course, legendary for it's practical.
