Yeah. This character was Kid Rot. Iirc he got rotting powers from a failed science experiment (performed so he wouldn't be an outcast. A part of his backstory was him transferring schools after many a beating by some bullies. He's still bullied at the new school, but to a lower extent.) and whenever he's in the red emotionally anything he touches basically falls apart.
