I'm a history major, and turns out like 90% of this show was history flavored American propaganda, especially the founding fathers and the civil war. Nothing of real value was touched on.
What I learned from Histeria:

Wasn't Stalin like Blanka in that episode? I keep trying to find that episode and failing, it had the satanic Hitler too. I remember it also ending with the implication that Stalin was going to do bad things afterwards.

The show itself almost became lost media, the only reason we have a rip was because some long defunct obscure streaming service had it at one point.
It got released on DVD years ago.
It's weird that it has never been released on iTunes, even though every other Warner Brothers Animation show is on there. Even that shit Waynehead is there.

Pretty solid and underrated show on the whole, though you can really tell it's trying to fill in the gap that Animaniacs left behind after its cancellation and it's not as good as it, Freak, or PATB. Still, it's pretty good and makes me wish there were more animated sketch comedies out there
