Ty! Yeah, I don't really know Nancy that well so this was a pretty impulsive character choice for me — I ended up not really feeling it, so it's probs gonna stay unfinished in the WIP pile. Better for me to stick to characters I'm familiar with or especially like design-wise to get the full drawing motivation.

Alternate Guava is some kinda grizzled vet, which makes little sense since the timeline of this dimension seems pretty parallel to the original. It might just be a big reference to the lighthouse since he's the keeper of the town's lighthouse in this dimension.
The show stays episodic but has some nice continuity when certain plot points and characters start recurring, it's honestly refreshing for a show to just have some fun lore but not a fricking video essay's worth of deep mega mystery lore.

Meant to reply to this one. Jenny and Nancy were good pals when they were little and just seemed to drift apart into differing friend groups after they grew up. They're still on good terms but by the end of the series the trio, Nancy and Jules do some pretty great bonding and team up well. In spite of looking like mean girls they're honestly rude but pretty chill, they never go out of their way to antagonize the main trio but they don't sugarcoat things either when they start being dumb or cringe.
