It was suppose to be a joke about wanting him to nut inside her, the joke is plying with your expectations like ha you thought I’d say but I didn’t use an innuendo, I straight up said sex! Aka bad joke I get what they were trying to do but it didn’t land maybe it was the execution.

I agree, it’s a play on expectations it works better with a character that has a catchphrase so you get the shock of an unexpected joke for a light chuckle like the one time Muscleman in regular show said his cousin instead of his mom.
Maybe it could've worked if they had his Peanut Sidekick making a string of obvious peanut puns, then finally end it on "I'M A PEANUT BUT YOU'RE ABOUT TO (Pause for comedic anticipation) HAVE SEX WITH SACAGAWEA!!"
