To be honest I was kind of reeling from the general uncanny valley-ness of the other cameos by that point. The Cage cameo was one of the better looking effects, though.
I enjoyed the movie, even going in with super low expectations and had watched all the leaks.
It was total garbage but fun and funny. I would not want them to continue the "style" but for one film it was ok
a lot of people are going to watch it on streaming later and say "huh, that wasn't nearly as bad as people on the internet said it was"
It's the classic and tiresome contrarianism. If the movie had been a giant success everybody would have hated on it non stop, now, because it's a massive bomb, everybody here will go "I like it" "It wasn't as bad as people said" etc.
It's the same shit fricking over and over and over.
same, i thought that nicolas cage was a weird choice when I originally heart the stories but even as a cgi puppet he looked pretty cool in the suit.
also pretty 90s comic accurate with the long hair.
it was the only action scene i have seen in these dcu movies that seemed accurate for superman.
the giant size of the spider underlined supermans strength and them fighting in some cave allowed him to unleash his full power without having to worry about endangering people.
now compare that to the out of character trash synder gave us.

Not really.
is this real?
It's cgi
Looks terrible. Still one of the better looking effects in this awful looking film, though.
PlayStation 2 Nicholas Cage
cage if he... bideo game...
yikes
now that it has bombed, I want to watch it out of pity

This is more or less how I felt about Antman 3
Nothing is ever as shit as the internet says, not even the shit stuff

Maybe it's just typical DC slop?
More like it was so bad people pity everyone involved in making it.
Same here. Last capeshit I watched was Multiverse by Raimi but...
Now with that stuff about microwaves... it's become interesting.
I was genuinely happy to finally see it.

He actually was on set filming, but I guess they de-aged him too much into a CGI CREATURE.
Mike o hearn?

How was man of steel supposed to stop several murderous super men peacefully every second they roam free , hundreds of thousands can die in a blink
why did hack synder write a terrible script where superman couldn't trick the villains to follow him to some abounded place?
im very gradually watching the movie by viewing webm's of the shitty camrips posted here
I wish it was the actual Cage. I don't give a frick that he's old.
They actually did bring Nicholas cage on for the cameo, he’s just buried under layers and layers of visual effects
That's good. I know he's a sperg that really wanted to be Superman. It would've been kind of neat if he was the geezer Superman variant though.
It was more the spider than cage, but it unironically made the movie for me.
>still posting the ai "enhanced" picture
just stop already
"I thought there was supposed to be electricity or something underneath the surface?" is exactly what I thought.
Normies will have no fricking clue what's going on here
I fricking lost it when I saw the giant spider kek
Picrel, but overall, frick you I liked it. Most fun ive had with capeshit since I cant remember
wow le meme supes ir real, now I see why reddit loves this movie
