I'll be honest, I don't care why Batman doesn't kill, it's a fricking comic book. We know why he won't kill The Joker, he's popular and makes DC money, he's pretty much immortal at this point due to that. Plus, we got dionesium and Lazarus pits and who the frick knows what else, killing him would probably make him even more crazy after a certain point.
