Critics opinions have no relevance in this day and age. They have been known for a while to be untrustworthy. Just look at any movie that has been politicized by the media, it has a high score from critics if it has any minority.
Marvel movies have positive scores from them even the most forgetable ones like Thor 2.
Most critics are very biased towards a kind of message. Any movie that goes against that message will have negative reviews. Just look at the initial reaction from critics towards Joker. The media painted the movie as a incel white supremacy story so the critics ate it up. It has one of lowest scores for capeshit even tho it is the best comic movie since The Dark knight rises.

90% of the movie is lazy green screen and action is fricking horrible. There is literally nothing good about that movie. Other two prequels had some good parts but not AOTC.

A pants on moronic assassination plot and the three memorable things about it are the cringey romance, Yoda's Gummi Bear performance and the clone army marching onto the ships.
