Your brain needs to be kept active to remain strong. Every day I do a bunch of puzzles and duo lingo 3 different languages. Hopefully this keeps that shit at bay

She suicided over it in her 30s, she could feel herself slipping away.

There is none. People are trying to adapt to living in an environment that simply doesn't allow them to live. Whether you get it is a matter of luck.
Avoid diphenhydramine. It increases the chance of dementia. I quit the shit once I found out about this. I used to use a lot for helping with insomnia and I don't use weed because it stresses me out too much and melatonin doesn't work anymore but at least my doctor prescribed something for me that helps with my sleep which is a bit healthier for me. Oh and also certain vitamins and fish oil supplements help with avoiding dementia and other old mental illnesses too

Anti-tobacco propaganda has kind of ignored that nicotine has no harmful side effects in and of itself, other than being extremely addicting. If you're worried about Alzheimer's, start vaping or chewing nicotine gum when you get older.
