Before Mewtwo lost the move Psych Up I suggested he could just copy Frieza's insane stat boosts from his Ki and force him to waste it with Pressure. It’s a coin flip. They both have ways to instantly end the other, whether it’s through candy transmutation or control, but beyond that their armies and skills are basically even. Hybrids should be about equal to mostly anything in PB’s magic army, the Zombie Devil and Zombie serum allow both sides to have immortal fighters, the deciding factor is if PB can figure out to magic blast or trap Makima before Maki takes control of her with a chain.

Her gadgets kind of make an interesting contrast to Makima's normal fighting style, and she has a possible powerup transformation in where she becomes a massive pink blob. There's some interesting fight animation avenues. Most notably, it's probably one of Makima's few matchups with real estate in the heads of normies other than Gojo purely because of that wave of art and comparisons that followed from Ian's drawing.
It'd be funny to see the salt from gojo not fighting her. I think it'd be their version of magneto vs tetsu.

It would be apt payback for the snub of Magneto vs Accelerator. Makima wins without scaling, PB wins if they scale her in any way to Finn and Jake who they put at planet level for the podcast episode of them against Mordecai and Rigby. Those missiles killed her, though. She didn't tank shit. All we have is Claude delivering the final blow after most of his arrows in cutscene plinked off her like a toothpick off a human and had to charge an attack after Shez did the heavy lifting. Claude can fight her the same way a child can shoot an adult that's engaged and exhausted after a bar brawl.
When most of Thales' appearances implies he's a squishy mage, it does makes a lot of the times people kill him a bit less impressive. And the time Dimitri kills him he was fairly obviously exhausted after a full out battle, it's not like Dimitri in canon soloed the final map of Azure Gleam.

I meant against Ainz. They have similar motivations (Larloch wants to be left alone and study magic, Ainz wants to be left alone and find his old guild) and rule over a city with strong monsters.

Xykon is a fun one because they're definitely similar in power levels and also thematically linked, in being specifically D&D 3.5 era inspired media, but also enough opposites the banter would be entertaining

7WL: One Piece isn't exactly high in stats. Its likely that none of the war lords are around Luffy level. Luffy is around continent level, but its kind of a generous wank. I see them getting the Zoro meteor splitting feat (Country level?)

Unless the power or nature actually involves additonal resilience and indestructibility, most of the characters could be easily killed by pretty conventional methods.

Have Buggy and auto win. Alternatively, Boa just petrifies him, Moria yanks his shadow, or Kuma lightly taps him and either rings him out or gets funky with the paw paw fruit since it can also repel stuff like pain and injury. Dont underestimate fruit power utility because they can be busted
Honestly, Kuma would be a huge asset on the field for his abikity to auto heal his team and take any damage they suffered to potentially use against enemies
