From the Cherub episode, heaven seems to be very strict and rules based, since the cherubs get kicked out over something that was beyond their control but technically constituted a failure. Its possible that Deerie always hated them and just rules-lawyered their exile, but its likely instead that heaven will be portrayed as extremely rigid and full of snubby buttholes or something.
