Those are cherubim and ophanim, specifically. There are other kinds of angels that look human, like those that ate with Abraham, the ones that visited Lot, and the fourth man in the fire.

I know but its still eternal life and obviously connotes that fact that this is a holy ground on which the faith of man is tested. The prolonged life of the human body is completely non-christian as Jesus is the door through which all mortal bodies are reincarnated into their heavenly bodies. To live life peacefully with knowledge of death is the true path to take and not to live eternally with no hope of reaching heaven.

I have this problem with lots of movies and tv shows which deal shallowly with Christian mythology. All the characters are very blase about the fact that heaven exists. For example, Buffy has seen that Crosses and holy water work on vampires and yet doesnt make the connection to some greater meaning. She even goes to heaven and comes back without an ounce of existential thought about it.

Found this whilst looking this up:

      >The Shrine on Sex Mountain
      >Legend has it that in medieval Java, prince Pangeran Samodro fell in love with his stepmother Nyai Ontrowulan; and fled to Kemukus Mountain with her, where the two were eventually killed by the king’s soldiers. A shrine developed around their graves. And since at least the nineteenth century, devotees have been visiting the shrine, engaging in eyebrow-raising rituals that involve having mandatory sex with someone who is not one‘s legal spouse. Pilgrimage to (and illicit sexual activity on) Kemukus Mountain is supposed to ensure material success and wellbeing. The ritual may have its roots in pre-Islamic Tantric ideas, but most of the Indonesian pilgrims nowadays see themselves as devout Muslims. Not surprisingly, the shrine and its rituals have drawn the anger of other Muslims and several times in recent years authorities have attempted to ban religious and sexual activities on Mount Kemungus, colloquially often referred to as the Sex Mountain.
