This lol. I also think it was on DVD right as I was getting on the internet and seeing shit like anne.jpg or clips of the grudge pretty regularly so that's probably a big part of it
When I was a kid I always the thought the coroner ate Jason's heart because it looked like barbecue. Is it actually explained why he did that? Was it some magical temptation shit? That wouldn't too far off considering how fantastical and off the wall the movie is with it's premise.
Hey anon, tbf the scene preceding it shows Jason getting cooked like Brisket and since the heart is a muscle containing mostly meat, I can't blame him. Never get to work hungry, I guess.
Jason 9 has supernatural shit going on with it. His spirit possessed bodies to go on killing it's really stupid
The best scenes are the opening and the end with Freddy Krueger's glove pulling down Jason's Hockey Mask.
Steven Williams looks like a dried up skeleton in 2022, why bother now with this? Oh right, they'll just cast some insufferable frick like Donald Glover and the series or whatever will have no other connection to Jason so it will be worthless. Can't wait.
i like this one because the other jason movies are too boring and samey. i don't have the nostalgia goggles most people who are fans of them do. although it does lift it's plot from a better movie i think the characters in goes to hell have more depth and are actually entertaining to watch
Pros! > Most mature well acted cast of the franchise. Lead male is slightly endearingly dorky but very likable. > Solid final girl. > Duke is cool & mysterious. > Great Jason make up & stature, he is imposing as frick. > Best gore of the series. > Has among the 3 best sex scene of the series. > Great opening. > Great finale. > Great diner shootout. > Solid score.
Cons! > Duke is underused. > Jason's outfit is generic. > The claws that drag Jason to hell look kinda cheap. > Not enough Jason. > Jason looking exactly like he did when he was killed after being resurrected through Diana's body is weird. Should have brought him back like he looked in P3 without any battle damage. > Weird shaving scene.
Things that some people will like & some will hate! > It's a fricking great body swapping horror film but that is not what one wants from a F13 film.
What I would have done different within reason... > Never have Diana's body be moved to the Voorhees house. Have the morgue be built into the police station and so when CampbellJason attacks the police station he resurrects himself there and so the whole diner massacre sequence has him in his traditional Jason body.
the cover of this vhs in the video rental store always freaked me out as a kid. I never saw the film.
>be scared of cover at video store as a kid
>watch it years later and it turns out it's just moronic
Name your movie
Any of the asian ghost movies

Same, and the fact that they placed the horror movies section next to the erotic movies section didnt help either.
I thought it was a movie about demonic rape.

Fricking kek at bbq heart

no you called it right the first time, my homie thought it was some bbq and dove in
I've seen all the Friday movies a hundred times except for this one. I haven't even watched it once.

>fbi handles jason
She was hot too.
One of few Jason movies with good characters
I liked the black bounty hunter guy, but otherwise it was a shit ripoff of The Hidden
Almost got a Creighton Duke spin off of it hadn’t been a lawsuit

The beginning is cool
We need a direct sequel to park VI.
Anon, I...
It was pretty good, but I want something better.
part*
Yeah Park VI: Bobandis Edition
This is my first Jason film. I only remember seeing breasts. Oh and some guy eating Jason’s heart.
