Movies are not movies anymore, they're a means to an end of social progress. The movie is a VERY IMPORTANT MOMENT for asian-americans, and Queer Americans and is a very important movie. ergo, if you criticize it you criticize minorities, which is RACISM. And we know RACISM is the most evil scourge we must get rid of.
Also there's something fudnamentally wrong with asian-americans as they make the most neurotic parental issues horseshit EVER. Actual asian cinema is fantastic. Michelle Yeoh has been in so many kino herself and she's gonna be remembered most for this giant piece of shit.

Aside from the fricking dyke daughter it was a perfectly fine movie about familial love despite all odds. It's fun too. It's a good movie and people were willing to overlook the gay shit.
