On Her Majesty's Secret Service is an odd duck. Some love it, some hate it. Worth watching for completionists, not a mind blowing film.
Roger Moore's era is the height of Bond Camp. If you like the goofy feel, don't miss Live and Let Die, The Man With The Golden Gun, and Moonraker.
License to Kill is the better of the two Timothy Dalton films. Dalton is a good bond, his work is a little grittier, matching Connery's roughness without some of the swinging sixties grooviness.
Goldeneye is a legitimately good movie. If you didn't like Goldfinger, do watch Goldeneye. Brosnan is an excellent Bond, though sadly the rest of his films are quite poor. Tomorrow Never Dies gets points for a rather prescient plot about a villain manipulating global events through his control of major news outlets. It and the other non-Goldeneye films are skippable though.
Casino Royale brought Bond into the present. If you like more grounded spy films, it's worth watching, even if you aren't a Bond fan. I would say it's best if you've seen other films in the series though, as with much of Craig's run, it's also kind of a commentary on Bond as a character.
