I have a theory that he himself has sent a damage control team to point out that the documentary never even once claims that he molested or raped anyone.....they did kind of try to hint at a possible relationship between him and Amanda Bynes when they were in the hot tub, and how she would always "disappear" (btw will someone please find the creepypasta on her and all the straight up paranormal shit that follows her everywhere; it's good) but then there's Drake clearly saying that Dan was the ONLY person to come to his defense...
Dudes just a run of the mill butthole/creep for Hollywood, but he’s definitely getting all the heat for everything in the documentary. Including what happened to Drake Bell. I don’t think he deserves sympathy, but people need a figure to blame and I think he’s become that guy. Especially considering there hasn’t been anything completely damning. It’s all stuff we’ve known before condensed into a film. People are trying to make him a Weinstein case, but he probably never went that far. I think someone would have come out already. They didn't level anything at him in the doc that wasn't fair. Nobody accused him of rape or insinuated he was a rapist, just that he was repeatedly inappropriate with children and staff alike and often made children the butt of sexual innuendo, which Cinemaphile noticed and was memeing about since before he got ousted.
