They didn't level anything at him in the doc that wasn't fair. Nobody accused him of rape or insinuated he was a rapist, just that he was repeatedly inappropriate with children and staff alike and often made children the butt of sexual innuendo, which Cinemaphile noticed and was memeing about since before he got ousted.
