Why don't they just come clean about using roids and hormones? I feel the same way about their use of hair transplants.
Just admit it so idiots can realise it's not natural.
Actors don't take super doses of HGH like bodybuilders do. It's pointless because HGH is not anabolic. Actors and rich people just take a small dose for the health benefits, which is not enough to create such a drastic change.

"Anabolic" applies to more than just steroids, moron. It's a process, if a hormone builds up something, whether it's musces, or testosterone, or whatever, it's considered anabolic. HGH is an anabolic peptide. It just doesn't target muscles like steroids do. Your dumb ass thinks "anabolic = muscles", and you're comletely wrong. But you'll jabber your mouth off anyway.

He's calmed down these days. He's decided to drink himself to death now. He can't afford the roids he totally wasn't taking anymore.
you are moronic. plenty of DYEL homosexuals who start working out realize their jaw gets broader. you would never know cause you have never been in shape in your life.

Yes they can. Following a diet is easy, what is impossible though, is eating chicken, rice and broccoli at 5000 kcals like Zac Efron claimed he did in the Baywatch litty days.
I invite anyone to just add up chicken and rice to 5000 kcals in a fitness app and see how much fricking food that is. Zac is a tiny person, and 5k is what Chris Bumstead eats at peak bulking - and he's like 230 at 10% bf at his biggest.
He's quite literally twice the size of zac and eats the same amount.

Not if you can get a doctor to prescribe them. Testosterone replacement therapy is very common and all you need is some blood tests to show you're under you're age group's normal levels and they will write you a script for it. And of course in California doctors don't give a shit about morality so as long as you pay them they will get you whatever you want.

It's mostly about setting an unrealistic beauty standard and passing it as natural, it's the same reason why the average actress or pop singer lies when confronted about their plastic surgery, they don't want you to realize that beauty is actually attainable and not something they just happened to be born with, yes many are infact born good looking, but the vast vast majority spent money to look a certain way.
even the ones who are born good looking usually start to frick it up the second they show any sign of aging. whatever hollywood plastic surgeon is pushing fillers on these morons is probably making a killing just by making people uglier
Disney/Marvel is supposed to be "family-friendly", not implicitly promoting body ideals that are only attainable through drug-use. For the same reason, they don't want to shine a light on the system that is necessary for this; plastic surgeons, corrupt doctors, "personal trainers", etc.
Like, there's an entire industry for this, for the stars they probably have a steroid program to a level that would make the DDR:s jaw drop.
They make money from fitness companies to sell plans, clothes, supplements, etc plus Disney pushes a generally "wholesome" angle for their superhero actors
Coming out and saying he used actual gear would look bad for the brand and he'd lose a lot of money and it's not like anyone in Hollywood has integrity
Nah nah - midget head ain't a normal head vs headlet thing. It's the proportions of the head. It's very long and flat. Ever look at a midge's head? Not Warwick Davis since he's some strange different mutation than typical dwarfism. They all have heads that are stretched out too far vertically and don't sit right on the frame of their bodies. Deformed skull or something.
Method acting. That's not a British term. If you play Hogan and are a method actor you would likely take steroids as Hogan used to use steroids.
don't you know hulk hogan is now the worst person that ever lived because he said Black person in private a couple times?
literally worse than hitler, unforgivable no way they make a movie about this chud is 2022 sweetie
It feels strange when actors lie so openly, it's so brazen it feels like a power move being done on you and nothing you can do in response. But then you think, ok it's obvious to me that her nose isn't real/here eyes are dilated from coke/he juices, etc - but it's probably not to 99% of people. So really they know that I know, but they know I'm not 99% of their audience, so they don't mind. So they're not really trying to lie to me at all. Then I relax
>what do you mean "do I use make up"? >i'm all natural, I just eat clean. please buy my diet plan
this is exactly how moronic they sound. you'd think people would give them more shit for it
Its not really a meme, fat at higher doses has no benefits, unless you want to just get in as many calories as possible.
I think you should get about 0.3 - 0.5 grams of fat per lbs of bodyweight.
You get to fill that quota pretty fricking fast if you have a few grams of olive oil, a couple of whole eggs and whatever else, it adds up to 50 grams of fat during the day easy, especially if you like dairy.
Its not an issue if you compensate with cutting carbs to make room for the fats, but you will be losing out by doing so since 1 gram of carbs is 4kcals and 1 gram of fat is 9kcals.
So you could have had a whole serving of white rice for the price of a couple of slices of cheese. It just isnt worth it.

Depends on what you mean by worth it? It's not like you don't have room for both, unless you're cutting. Hell, if you're hitting 3000+ calories a day, then it becomes harder to hit that goal that going over it. For my part, at least >t. someone who has developed an eating disorder after starting to lift. My life is A+ autistic.
It's not worth obsessing over unless you're a pro bodybuilder. If we're talking about improvement in lifts, It really doesn't matter as long as you hit your calories and protein goals for the day. That and rest

>if you're hitting 3000+ calories a day, then it becomes harder to hit that goal that going over it. For my part, at least
Yeah, no doubt about it being easier to just add some extra fat to get over the hill.
Thats why its so triggering to me to see people like Zac Efron say that he ate 5k in just chicken and rice. Fricking no, dude. angry emoji. Thats like 10lbs of food
the real shame is that he looks way worse on the right. i guess for all i know he'd look even worse than than without the roids/surgery/whatever but still
Will all these roided up capeshit actors have health problems later in life? They're basically bodybuilders at this point
Even if I was offered $10 million to be in a marvel contract, I wouldn't do it if it meant putting my health at risk tbh
>too much
Our ancestors had very strong jaws and chad tier jawlines. Most of our dental problems when it comes to our teeth overcrowding our mouths is because we eat soft foods and our jaw doesn't develop as much as it's supposed to.
>Most of our dental problems when it comes to our teeth overcrowding our mouths is because we eat soft foods and our jaw doesn't develop as much as it's supposed to.
Actually they stem from the fact that we tend to live past the age of 28
>Actually they stem from the fact that we tend to live past the age of 28
This stupid meme again. The reason the average life span was short was because of the huge rates of infant and child mortality, but if you made it to adulthood, you would stastistically survive well into your 50s and 60s.
Yeah the effect of the modern diet on the human body since agriculture is fascinating. The fact a number of our species choke to death in their sleep because they lack jaw muscles is amazing.
>"muh plastic surgery" >"i am a steroid user, trust me"
Are people here this moronic. That jaw looks exactly like what taking hgh might do, and with how big he got from his skeleton form, he must taking it for years.
The only thing i am interested is dwayne johnson advised him to take it, or it's some hollywood stuff actors get supplied with.
>it's some hollywood stuff actors get supplied with.
Absolutely this, or rather I think that the people in charge of personnel decisions make it clear, in couched terms obviously, that they have certain expectations about how Action Stars "are supposed to look" and if you come right this way we'll set you up with a suitable personal trainer and get you a "good doctor" that will help you get "into shape".
>I think that the people in charge of personnel decisions
Actors are contractors. There is no "personnel" department or people who tell actors to juice, moron. At that level, they know what gyms, spas and trainers to use, and who can get them the roids they want and need with no hassle. AT MOST, for movies with high physical demands, they'll provide the actors with trainers, especially if it's something like swords.
If they're new, the producers or show runners will make sure they meet the right people. They don't pay for it, or provide it, and will sit down for a chat if they're not looking like they're training right, well before they start shooting, but it is NEVER in a contract or an official demand from a studio or production company.

holy... soul...
tfw not an aussie in the 80s...
Too much sun and a shitty vegan diet

Wow, he's a total framelet.
Quintessentially australian.
what early 2000s band did he front
The Bremen Town Musicians
even when he was small, check out that fricking neck
neckpill is real
Dude's got a case of midget head.
Headlet detected
Nah nah - midget head ain't a normal head vs headlet thing. It's the proportions of the head. It's very long and flat. Ever look at a midge's head? Not Warwick Davis since he's some strange different mutation than typical dwarfism. They all have heads that are stretched out too far vertically and don't sit right on the frame of their bodies. Deformed skull or something.
Ask me how I know you have an undersized head
Wee Man, your skull is not a normal shape.
he looks like a neanderthal now
He's playing Hulk Hogan isn't he? Lad just went method, that's all
what the frick are you talking about? you homosexual ass brits are insufferable
Method acting. That's not a British term. If you play Hogan and are a method actor you would likely take steroids as Hogan used to use steroids.
Meant to reply to this gentleman
i read the thread i knew you were replying to me
Sorry. Which bit was British by the way? I'm not even British.
So reply then. You're being rude to him
no. xhe makes my armpits itch
don't you know hulk hogan is now the worst person that ever lived because he said Black person in private a couple times?
literally worse than hitler, unforgivable no way they make a movie about this chud is 2022 sweetie
Does that mean Hemsworth only takes his vitamins and says his prayers?
It feels strange when actors lie so openly, it's so brazen it feels like a power move being done on you and nothing you can do in response. But then you think, ok it's obvious to me that her nose isn't real/here eyes are dilated from coke/he juices, etc - but it's probably not to 99% of people. So really they know that I know, but they know I'm not 99% of their audience, so they don't mind. So they're not really trying to lie to me at all. Then I relax
Did he get chinplants? He was already handsome ffs
I'm putting together a team
Just say the word
>this gays fanbase is 30 year old fat goths and morons on a sri lankan knitting forum buried until 50 layers of irony
>Is that what they call 'earthrockers' these days?
for all his shit, Bam just looks like a skinnier Phil
perfectly natural trajectory
he would make a good Kano in a Mortal Kombat movie
The student has become the master
Please let me join I'll do anything I swear
you bloody b***h bastard.... I'm in!
this guy constantly looks like he thinks he's hot shit, while in reality he just looks like a dorky pajeet
this guy acting like he was natty was the funniest tbh
If you walk towards me with a jaw like that I'm going to show everyone how easy it is to drop you with 1 jab.
Tango & Cash..."You broke that jaw?"
I always think it's Chris Pine when I see the thumbnail
am I crazy?
I used to get the three Chris' mixed but now it's set in stone
>just eat 8 meals and work out 4 hours a day bro!
>there's nothing called over-training dude
Obvious shoop, but all you need to do to achieve that is eat Grape Nuts cereal every day. That's why there was a year-long shortage of it.
My jaw would hurt before I could finish half of a small bowl of that. It's like chomping on gravel.
I was eating granola every morning for this but my shits were hard and a foot long
You have to eat at Taco Bell once a day to counteract the hard shitlogs. I never had brick poops from Grape Nuts though. It's like 98% fiber.
I hope someone from Postmates marketing department sees this
I eat it every day.
For me it's Fight Club
>zee team is almost ready, but we need 1 more
this team needs a woman for representation i'm in
Good morning sirs
You shall be The Fellowship of the...
... Roid
morons.
gays
Bog.
DO NOT REDEEM
Here is a black pill. Almost every single of those frickers is on TRT, SSRI, stimulants and HGH. Also supplements.
t. work at TRT clinic in NY
Oh do tell
Everyone who is not a complete moron knows this. Theyre paid to look good, of course they take all the shit.
>what do you mean "do I use make up"?
>i'm all natural, I just eat clean. please buy my diet plan
this is exactly how moronic they sound. you'd think people would give them more shit for it
She's actually pretty
you almost had me
Her skin looks bad from applying a millimetre of chemicals to her face everyday but otherwise she is pretty yes
Yep. She’d be super hot without the baggy eyes
have you seen women irl without makeup? she's easily in top 10% if she'd get rid of those heroin eyesw
have you? or have you just seen a bunch of shitty comparison pictures?
I did
you didn't though if you think that pic is ugly
in either case its better than that clown makeup on the right
Yeah, we like to make fun of women for falling for meme diets and advice, but skinless chicken breasts, rice and broccoli is the same shit.
>skinless chicken breasts, rice and broccoli
Probably a lot healthier and wholesome than what anons ate before
True, but you're not going to look like Thor.
>skinless chicken breasts
>skinless
uh what's wrong with that chicken's skin???
>NOOO I can't have fat NOOO
Kek, these "people" are pathetic
It was a gymbro meme that it's bad because it has a lot of fat. I don't know if it's still frowned upon.
It just isnt worth it.
t. someone who has developed an eating disorder after starting to lift. My life is A+ autistic.
For my part, at least
>t. someone who has developed an eating disorder after starting to lift.
Left is unironically more appealing. Makeup should be outlawed.
I mean, I don’t mean sound jealous, but his body at times just didn’t scream “natural” to me.
It's literally just different lens focal length
And deeper beard
Went from chad to bog
Zac Efron and now him? Why?
>mouth open
>mouth closed
wow mystery solved you dumb nerds
It doesn't make your jaw suddenly grow in size, moron.
heh heh. it's started Bog bros
how did his hair get so dark? does he dye it? I know high test makes a man darker as well so was it the roids?
Leo and Brad are quite dark as well even though you would think of them as blonde
My hair is blond but the sun bleaches it bright blond in the summer when I'm outside a lot so maybe his is the same.
Everyone you listen has dark roots. It's more like dirty blonde
the real shame is that he looks way worse on the right. i guess for all i know he'd look even worse than than without the roids/surgery/whatever but still
Stephen King is the new Thor?
Will all these roided up capeshit actors have health problems later in life? They're basically bodybuilders at this point
Even if I was offered $10 million to be in a marvel contract, I wouldn't do it if it meant putting my health at risk tbh
If you have a small army of doctors monitoring you 24/7 it's not as dangerous.
He must be a passive agressive b***h, avoiding any fights, one punch in the face and it's all over.
This is the best Hemsworth has ever looked, including the best hairstyle for him. Do you guys agree with me?
I think Blackhat was a cool look for him
You WILL take the bog pill. The Mouse commands it.
he aged like shit. Thor 3 was his best form
At least his brother Liam isn't bogged or roided. He looked good and healthy in that kino he made where he was married to Sarah Gadon.
It seems there is such a thing as too much jawline
>too much
Our ancestors had very strong jaws and chad tier jawlines.
The reason the average life span was short was because of the huge rates of infant and child mortality, but if you made it to adulthood, you would stastistically survive well into your 50s and 60s.
you're so fricking stupid dude.
Brainlet
Damn the modern diet really did turn us into soibois.
Yeah the effect of the modern diet on the human body since agriculture is fascinating. The fact a number of our species choke to death in their sleep because they lack jaw muscles is amazing.
What kind of moron post is this. How does chewing make the top of your eyes flatter
It's brow ridge and skull shape will have changed with a lot of factors
This image gets blurrier every time I see it posted. Do you just wait for it to circle around Facebook or something a few times before re-saving it?
>President of Bogossiya
Tom Myers?
This gay homie got lip fillers
>"muh plastic surgery"
>"i am a steroid user, trust me"
Are people here this moronic.
