I like the redesigns for Dexter Lab I think they did a solid job streamlining them and I dig the new background style, I think it all helps with the early digital animation. I also think the last two seasons are fine it just gets a bit weird and more screw the audience but I enjoy it like the past seasons fine and think it's all pretty solid.

The best anime inspired shows usually aren't inspired by the artstyles but the direction and/or the approach to the animation and when the artstyle is inspired it looks best when it still feels very westerny like Jeff Matsuda's shows. One of the weakest things with western animation is poor direction which I personally think matters more than animation. Good animation is what fits the series you're going for like KOH would look uncanny if it wasn't stiff and an action show like Cybersix would look awful if it was or like how cheap limited animation adds to the comedy of AS shows from back then or the loose animation and character design shifts helps Teen Titans in it's anime inspired art.
Anna deserved so much better than Frozen's absolutely awful writing. The fact she isn't more popular or as popular as Elsa is a huge detriment to her character.

Also Mark and Kevin voices never fit the Killing Joke even if the animated movie was good, they're takes on those characters don't match the writing.

EEnE VAs were superb though. I can understand not liking the designs or humor but the deliveries of the lines were great.
