It just kinda meandered about for everything except the mid-season two parter. The entire show was basically "ok so now we need to go to this place to find this person to learn about thing so we can go to this place to find this person" and so on and so forth but this season was especially bad about it on top of juggling too many characters to give anything any real substance.
Like, the whole Klaus redemption was just a plot point. He was literally used and forgotten immediately despite having the most potentially interesting story. Colin got turned into a total joke. Weimin didn't even get to do anything. But at least we get a whole season of Akna doing... what, exactly? You could remove her from the season and nothing would change.
Only redeeming factor was MILF bear.
There were a couple of threads. Dropping 19 episodes is kind of much, and the show isn't interesting enough to binge that fast. I did watch the first few episodes, though. I was kind of amused at how organized the pirate village was and how mortified the monkey was about it.
I got annoyed at Po calling her that in the final episode since it implied he had no friends before then. At least Paws of Destiny acknowledged the Furious Five.
They both return, yes. Veruca remains an unrepentant monster and eventually gains control of all the weapons. She resurrects Blade's older brother and brainwashes him to kill Blade, but when she loses control of her powers, he stabs and kills her. He ends up controlling the weapons and becomes the true final boss. Klaus repents from helping Veruca and joins Po and co. in practicing his own magic (wind) to stop Blade's brother.
