Because kung fu Panda is a series of movies that left no impact. Similar to Avatar by Cameron a movie is made, it makes money, and its forgotten. No one genuinely likes these characters to think of them beyond watching the movies.
Because people went into LoA thinking that the Furious Five would finally get a chance to shine, but it just ended up being more Poe, and he's not that interesting.
That's a good point. Come to think of it, I actually enjoyed "Secrets of the Furious 5" special more than the third movie because we saw more of the F5 and learned of their origins. I'd really like to see more of Viper
That and they've apparently never appeared in anything but LoA and the movies. Both of the recent series have left them out, haven't they?

The shows are basically like anime filler
Po can't develop as a character in them because
A. That's the movie's job
B. He honestly doesn't have room to grow
Naturally we'd instead like to see the Furious Five get their chance of the spotlight but they aren't allowed as well because they straight up got wienerblocked in the last two shows
Paws of Destiny at least kept his characterization from 3 mostly intact and did something more with him being a mentor. Dragon Knight regressed him quite a bit in terms of both personality and power. It's an okay show otherwise.
Also, both shows call Po Dragon Master, which you'd think would be a title upgrade, but apparently KFP4 calls him Dragon Warrior again.
Oh right, I completely forgot about Paws of Destiny existing, I haven't watched it yet.
I just started Dragon Knight but I really dislike Po's writing, him losing his title seems more like a blow to his ego than personal dismay.

I think Paws was fine for Po by giving him a mentor role, the real problem was making the main cast a bunch of kids. All pandas, too. They were just boring.

Panda 2 isn't good. Stop saying it's good.
Only Po/Shifu and Po/Tigress conversations in 2. Both are underwhelming, especially when rewatching the film since you're now aware that these are the only conversations.
>director : Jennifer Yuh Nelson >producer : Melissa Cobb >written by/co produced by : Jonathan Aibel, Glenn Berger >head of story : Philip Craven >creative consultant : Guillermo del Toro
I blame them, and only them, for the bad film that Panda 2 turned out to be.
>Yuh Nelson never directed anything before, and wasn't partnered with a co director >Craven was never head of story before, and was almost a newbie in the animation industry
So obvious as you watch the film they made
Considering that Panda 2 was the first computer generated film directed only by a woman, you'd think Jennifer Yuh Nelson would make an effort for the film to turn out better than it did. Make something longer, funnier, more fleshed-out, more organically written. I respect Dreamworks for allowing a woman to direct a CG film on her own, but they chose the wrong person.
Not many watched LoA I'm assuming? Also, most furries gravitate towards "basic b***h" type of species, which Kung Fu Panda doesn't offer for the most part.
It's questionable how Dreamworks throught the insufficient script from KFP2 was good enough to be worthy of being sent to animation production and investing that huge budget on it (including the budget for marketing and 3D glasses technology)

Every Tigress line in KFP2. You'd think the woman director would give her more dialogue or some backstory.

That makes me question why there was another spinoff show then.
I think of Tigress everyday.
I like when she pegs Po
Explain the porn then
Furries have no standards.
FPWP it's one of Dreamworks top franchises and remembered when people talk about great animated movies (and sequels)
I just hope the 4th movie keeps it's legacy and doesn't end up being a TS4.

there is fancontent, but not for LoA

No good jokes in the second film. Unfunniness in almost every scene.
Those wolf designs aren't good
I thought they were hyenas.
Nah. They saw "wolves" a couple times.

Did Shifu frick the bird?
Probably atleast once
I thought so too, the head and neck shapes really threw me off
still love their designs tho

Rise of the Guardians turned out the better film. They delayed it for a full year.
Imagine thinking this sequel is better than the first film.
Please don't be another Diane
I LOVE Viper!

sexo with tigress

Her backstory was already mentioned slightly in 1 and then one of the direct to DVD specials.
She was a replacement guppy.
