I played Distant future demo.
That one has huge amount of red flags for space scifi inside the ship. Not in a game sense, but in a sense "everything will go wrong any second now".
But this remake really looks like it's done with love and care, rarity these days.
>NOOO THEY DONT USE TEXTBOXES ANYMORE
The original game didn't even do that, every chapter having its own stylized text was something the translators did.
but anon we're talking about narratives and "pozzed translations"

What's pozzed about it? I haven't seen anything about changes aside from Max Morgan's mustache. (Which is a tragedy.)

What panties and such?
Like the only things I remember like that are the Bel easter egg, the Gorilla waving her breasts, and Akira accidentally teleporting into the bathroom.
Zaki keeping his lizard also makes me lean toward that stuff not being removed, but is there any direct confirmation?

How has the dialogue changed outside being a completely different translation due to not being the fan translation? What is pozzed about it?

>from Max Morgan's mustache. (Which is a tragedy.)
Yeah but it's not the 90s anymore, it's a lot easier to get sued over that shit in Japan
No, never had a chance to.
Yea, Alien influence is very obvious (despite me never watching the movie), but aside of that there are other red flags like ability to check AI status, seeing how it controls climate inside the ship and has closed off room.
And captain never showing up in person, and acting not like him.
just saying, it's hilariously petty >NOOO THEY CHANGED THE DIALOG >NOOO THEY DONT USE TEXTBOXES ANYMORE
Maybe. We'll see.
Live A Live demo is just something I was curious about, I don't intend to buy it at launch, this summer is already packed with wasted money on stuff of a bit higher priority.
Both games will not go anywhere, everything due their time.
>implying Cha-la Head Cha-la isn't one of the most well known Japanese songs ever
This, that song unironically defined an entire generation of japanese kids. My wife is Japanese and yeah not every kid was into anime and manga, but EVERY kid read Dragonball, no exceptions. I mean shit, if you're gonna remember Kageyama for something, odds are it's going to be either that or the Maskman OP.
True. In terms of popularity Cha La just blows everything else out of the water to such a degree that it isn't even funny, then Jetman, then Maskman, then.....I don't know, Kakuranger?

Wait no he didn't do Kakuranger. Then why is he listed under he credits, did he do a single for the show?

Changeman is a religion in BR land in addition to Jaspion
>Steel Titan
The problem I have with this is that "Buriki" means cooking pan or something similar, just calling it Steel feels more generic. Something like "Tinpot Titan" would sound better
The game is out

have you seen Cinemaphile? there's a few autists dedicated on shitting the remake
That's what they always do, why should I care.

Go back to Cinemaphile if all you are going to do is talk about it.
You never played the original? I mean it's very clearly just Alien so you know how things will go with that Behemoth.
No, never had a chance to.

Yes, that's sounds like Cinemaphile alright.
>No, never had a chance to.
The game is like 25 hours MAX, you can bang it out before the remake even comes out for a neat compare and contrast
Maybe. We'll see.

I'm more surprised at the normalgays
the one time they recognize him, it's for fricking dbz
Let's be fair, it's easily one of his most famous songs. Fricking everyone who knows anime knows Cha-La Head Cha-La
This, that song unironically defined an entire generation of japanese kids. My wife is Japanese and yeah not every kid was into anime and manga, but EVERY kid read Dragonball, no exceptions. I mean shit, if you're gonna remember Kageyama for something, odds are it's going to be either that or the Maskman OP.
>implying Cha-la Head Cha-la isn't one of the most well known Japanese songs ever
At least they recognize the GOAT at all. You can't pretend Cha-La Head Cha-La isn't his most iconic song.
ATSUKU NARE
Yume mita
I love Heats but no, it's nowhere close to what he's most famous for in Japan. It's either Cha La or this
Even then, there's a huge power gap between those two, and then his Sentai OPs and most of his other songs.
True. In terms of popularity Cha La just blows everything else out of the water to such a degree that it isn't even funny, then Jetman, then Maskman, then.....I don't know, Kakuranger?

Changeman is a religion in BR land in addition to Jaspion
I think majority knows him for dbz first then JAM project

>Matsu is voiced by Shin Ryoma
>Akira is voiced by Shin Kouji
It annoys me a bit knowing how few western gays will get the reference.
>Masaru is Domon
>Seishi Moribe is Master Asia
>Oboromaru isn't voiced by Hideyuki Hori
Disappointing
I love Seki's Masaru but can't help thinking that he should have used that voice for SRW instead of whatever he did in T
No real relation or VA joke but kung fu master is voiced by Toei Kouji.
My only complaint there is Ishimaru doesn't sound even remotely Chinese
>Steel Titan
The problem I have with this is that "Buriki" means cooking pan or something similar, just calling it Steel feels more generic. Something like "Tinpot Titan" would sound better
Buriki Daioh just means Great Tin King which isn't exactly imposing.
In one of the trailers Akira says kami ka akuma ka...
