Just watched it in non-imax. You're moronic if you pay extra to watch it in imax. This isn't an action flick, it's just a character courtroom drama. Here in Canada you just have access to all showings when you pay for a single ticket. I mean technically you aren't allowed to, but since they only check at entrance you can pay once and stay there for the entire day. Is that not the case in the US?
It used to be like that, you only showed your ticket at the entrance and then you could go from movie to movie.
They changed it years ago though, apparently to many urban youths were abusing it to hang around all day.
Now there is an armed security guard at the entrace for each movie checking your stub
That sounds expensive as frick for the theater though. I guess that's mostly for popular movies right?
And damn now I wonder if that happened in Canada too. I know they used COVID as an excuse to do something like that for a short time but I wouldn't be surprised if they never went back to how it was before.
>It's satire.
Why is this the new cope? Hollywood has produced nothing but feminist propaganda for the past 10 years but now all of a sudden we're supposed to believe this specific movie was satirical?
Imagine how awful shitting would be for the first time if you straight up just didn't know what it was and never had to do it for the first couple of decades of your life
So is Mattel going to not make Barbie a hypercompetent woman moving forward? Life in the Dreamhouse satirized that better than this film did imo
Life in the Dreamhouse is completely and unironically kino. I laughed my ass off watching some of that
Shitting is very satisfying, bordering on pleasurable.
If your shits are of the nature you describe I urge you to eat more Pears and Kale and consider going to the doctor.
Yeah but shitting actually feels pretty good once you've passed the turd. Barbie will surely discover many more wonderful things about her new body parts.

The mom even asked Mr. Mattel to make a ordinary Barbie which Margot Robbie could had been? So is there no more stereotypical Barbie? Did she not want to become Barbie anymore because she's too ordinary? After all the whole plot is kind of forced on her since the Mom was the one who made her self aware.
I think the point was that there are no such thing as 'stereotypes' or 'ordinary' because everyone is special.
This comes from the extreme limits of individuality granted upon the West, which is very typical of the Hollywood elites to espouse.
As for why she became human, that's because humanity is what makes life worth living, you cannot know the highest triumphs without the lowest lows, In Barbieland, there were no stakes, in real life, death is the great equalizer.

I guess I agree I must have zoned out. It was just weird because near the end the Mom and Ruth hammer into Margot Robbie that being ordinary is fine and enough and you don't have to be crazy incredible. But then she still wants to become human even though she could had just still been Barbie just without all the self pity and loathing... It just felt kinda out of nowhere for me idk why.

Barbie wanted to experience mortality? This just made me more of a Polly Pocket kind of guy.
They joke earlier in the film that Ken and Barbie just have smooth plastic instead of genitals.
At the end of the movie Barbie chooses to become human and her first stop is a gynecologist.
The movie is about accepting yourself for who you are, instead of defining yourself through the lenses of societal norms.
Earlier in the movie Ken(s) go through a similar arc, which culminates with them doing a musical number singing "I'm just Ken and that's enough", a moment when they stop defining themselves only through their relationship with Barbies.
And at the end, when Barbie decides to become a human, the movie does a fake out. You're made to think that she'll make a decision about her future career, or maybe decide on becoming a mother, but instead she just books an appointment to the gyno. Because she's just a woman and that's also enough.
Honestly the movie is pretty good and nuanced except for that one eye-roll inducing speech.
>Earlier in the movie Ken(s) go through a similar arc, which culminates with them doing a musical number singing "I'm just Ken and that's enough"
To be fair that was a bit earlier when he was still an butthole. It wasn't until Barbie and Ken talk it out that he realizes he isn't "just ken" anymore. His arc goes from bumbling idiot comic relief in love with Barbie to ruler of Barbieland and antagonist back to bumbling idiot comic relief in love with Barbie except now he isn't as pathetic.
The speech is inherently contradictory, or rather it points a constant contradiction. I think the ultimate point is that women are always asked to be something else, rather than just themselves.
>women are always asked to be something else, rather than just themselves
When, 1987? Women are ENCOURAGED to be useless tattooed blobs fricking a new they/them every 6 hours and have been for almost a decade now.
>I think the ultimate point is that women are always asked to be something else, rather than just themselves.
Most women literally solve their problems by dying their hair, getting a new haircut, getting their nails done, getting their pussy waxed or lasered whenever they are depressed.
Men aren't telling them to do this.
>I think the ultimate point is that women are always asked to be something else, rather than just themselves.
Still waiting for an explanation on why this doesn't apply to men
>one eye-roll inducing speech >YOU HAVE TO DO THIS BUT NOT DO THIS AND PRETEND YOU KNOW THIS BUT LOOK LIKE THIS BUT CALL IT THIS BECAUSE SOCIETY >blah blah blah >acting like you have to follow society >acting like society being shit only applies to women

not if they accepted generalizations on the whole but start mentioning racial statistics or sexual dynamics between men and women and they always revert back to anecdotal outliers and possibilities over probabilities

>mfw the big crisis in Barbieland was solved by a middle aged latina ranting at the barbies about the woes of patriarchy.
I love that in Gretas mind "crying and stomping your foot" is the heroic solution
The funny thing is that the matriarchal utopia still plays into all of that bullshit. And the idea that any happy relationship, any time men and women actually get along is truly just internalized misogyny brainwashing or whatever. Men and women are *supposed* to hate each other.
> The movie is about accepting yourself for who you are, instead of defining yourself through the lenses of societal norms.
What does blaming men for women’s social pressure on one another have to do with being yourself?
>Ken's unexpected villain turn stems from his feelings of inferiority and invisibility to Barbie, leading him to embrace the patriarchy. >Kens fight against one another out of feelings of inadequacy, insecurity, and competitive aggression.
The whole movie is anti immigration you brainlet. >leave small, homogenous town to New area >get corrupted by the ideas >bring ideas back to paradise >paradise is corrupted by ideas from "others" >have to sneakily trick everyone into falling back in line
Barbie gets depressed and has to go fix a family relationship. Ken feels slighted by Barbie for never acknowledging him and in the real world he gets respect and discovers patriarchy, so he brings it back to Barbieland.
Barbie then has a melty because she realised that she isn't special or good at anything since she's a stereotypical barbie. Then they have a feminist speech about women being oppressed and they can't just be enough. Ken has a very good musical number about the same thing.
It ends with Barbies taking back over Barbieland, letting Kens do more and acknowledge that they also need somewhere to be, but Barbie becomes human and Ken goes to discover himself
Except the "male part" of the story is just feminist messaging reframing itself to be less mask-off about its anti-maleness. It's not even on equal footing with any actual legal problems men face or anything. At the end of the day, it's still always muh patriarchy or muh capitalism at blame. How's that revolutionary in any way?
>for girls
for twittergays
every girl I know is making fun of this. Hell I know a girl who's obsessed with Barbie and she's genuinely angry at the movie. She hates it more than the people here
>someone pls gimme a quick bogdown of the plot
It's the Joker movie but for girls.
I went to see the movie with my university group and our female professor joined us.
After the movie she complained how it was over-the-top and that at this point even she is aware that men are discriminated against in the STEM field because quotas push for female PIs.
I'm sort of depressed at the overt muh wahmen preachy shit being a core plot point of the movie, genuinely thought it was mostly Cinemaphile shitposting. I dont know why I expected a lighthearted silly live action movie about toys.
My family wanted to go see this and I'm not really looking forward to it anymore. They already dragged me to the little turdmaid this year
I know you're a moron to let schizo Cinemaphile posts get this much to you but seriously go watch the movie. The message is that men should be allowed to be men, but women have it hard too.
>The message is that men should be allowed to be men
Absolutely dishonest, and the fact that this anon doesn't mention the satirical framing of the Ken uprising as mirrored in women's struggles and the movie's thematic rejection of Patriarchy, but refusal of rejection of Matriarchy, makes him a shill.
Don't go see it.
>thematic rejection of Patriarchy
What? There is no serious criticism of Mattel's board of directors being staffed entirely by men, when Barbie makes her decision to become ordinary at the end they jump right at the chance to make money off of it and nobody ever proposes an alternative to that system. The way Barbieland works with the Kens getting more recognition but still playing second fiddle is exactly the same in reverse.
The Barbies are Men and the Kens are Women. Also Barbie still chooses to live in the real world and with patriarchy at the end. Maybe if you could relate to people who don’t look like you, but you need “muh representation” to understand anything I guess. Can I ask you anon, how would you have felt yesterday if you had not eaten lunch or dinner?
Sorry, still not gonna watch it. Feminists are full of this condescending "I know it all" mentality about their gendered worldview and then try to reframe it as somehow a compassionate one and gaslight someone into thinking that the movement can "liberate" them, man or woman. I think of all the leftists school of thought, feminism is the absolute worst in terms of the level of dogma and regurgitation and absolute brain deadness required to worship this ideology.
>vibrant pastel colours >characters break out in song >literally about a toy for girls
aside from goose being in it, what possesses a male to think this movie was ever going to be for them and wanted to see it?
>uhm males can't like pastel colors and nice things
pure toxic masculinity, you're hurting yourself with shit like this and this movie is a criticism of people like you
>a bunch of people write this exact same comment that people on movie discussion board discuss a movie
are you homosexuals moronic, why did you even come into this thread
>female fantasy
My ass. What fantasy is there in this politicaly charged dreck? Who wants to be such a miserable b***hy person? Too many people are already that in real life. What an ugly thing to turn barbie into. They played up the fashion and toy accurate sets so fricking hard, so for a moment it seemed like it might just be about the fun of playing with barbies, but of course it would turn out like this. Jesus, I still remember all of my favorite barbie toys and games as a kid and they never even bothered with such hackneyed girl power ramblings. Barbie just was whatever you wanted.
Barbie dolls don't have genitals. When she became a woman she got female genitals. It makes a decent last scene because it shows Barbie reaching full womanhood and is comedic, using dramatic irony by having a woman excited to go to gyno.
Her personal conflict in the movie was choosing between the static female-empowerment world and moving permanently to the real world with its rewards and challenges. Its not even that woke of an ending, motherhood is shown to be the big thing absent from barbieland. Becoming a real woman, vegana and all, was a good ending.
You can take the baby out of the doll.
I don't know what they did with the movie, the whole concept of Barbieland is moronic. G.I. Joe didn't need to reverse isekai.

its from the song, you know im a barbie girl in a barbie world
why would a woman with a brand new pussy need to go to a gyno? isn't that basically like a thousand mile check-up on a car to check for leaks and worn tyres?
I don't know why women would go to the gynecologist in the first place, but they do for some reason. Maybe its a yearly thing? If she just got a vegana maybe she went to make sure it was working.
is it? you don't normally take a child to the dentist the week they start getting teeth and you don't have children or anyone really under middle age going to the doctor for a colon inspection
it's only with age that these things need to be monitored
I'm literally as clueless about females, their biology and their veganas. I never do a wiener check-up myself. I mean it would be gay as frick to go to some doctor who played with my penis and gave me a high five that it's working well. I guess there is a point to all women being lesbians.
women are the ultimate consoomers and propping up the medical industry with their quarterly (at least) visits and over-prescription of pills and other assorted treatments is factored into that
Just stop talking about things you have knowledge of, such as why women need to go a gynegologist every five years.

We also didn’t have doctors who could tell if you had cancer, diabetes or mental illness. Doesn’t mean those medical conditions didn’t exist and check ups weren’t developed to help treat people better

Generally the older ladies helped the younger ladies with that kind of thing.
Clearly you know nothing about female biology. Women are basically supposed to see a cynegologist every year after reaching puberty until they’re thirty and then they can do it every other year.
you realize the doctor is meant to be a place to fix your ailments, right? not a hangout
she could just start an onlyfans if she wants to show off her new hole to somebody
Doesn't make sense, she mentions they dont have genitals after already entering the real world
To me the only way to interpret it is that she wants to get a pussy, right after manipulating and rejecting ken
a friend called me and said I look like a gutter hole when I am already dealing with how insecure I am about my face aaah I cant stop thinking about his comment from past two dayss aaaah help.mee
Can someone who has actually seen the movie, which I presume is less than 5% of Cinemaphile, explain the context behind her facial expression in OP's pic. Is she singing, shouting, laughing, or what?
The irony of me. being here since 2008 and never been able to get into Reddit.

Also it's kind of weird that Skipper gets to be her own character but every other race ethnicity and wheelchair needs to be Barbie. But maybe I'm not far enough into the movie.
Girls can find emotional tampons online. Probably keep betas around irl for menial tasks like helping them move or picking her up from chad's place if she can't drive.
That's not a problem since it's made by and for women. Let's just accept this and move on. Hopefully there will be more trashy female movies in the future. I love the matriarchy.
Gay Black folk From Outer Space is about Gay Black folk From Outer Space who want to exterminate women across the universe so the universe can be all gay.
posts like these are so transparent >men think thing is bad!
what men? how many? who cares?
it's just there to farm upvotes and replies from other stupid prostitutes or massive cucks that go >well i'm a man from reddit and i think it's great!
Watched it with my wife last night here is the good and bad
Good >Ryan Gosling knocked it out of the park as Ken and was entertaining the whole time >His character was based af >Margot did a fine job acting, and there were tons of shots of her ass in those pants >will Farrell was actually pretty funny too >it was designed well
The bad >the fricking teenage goblina is absolutely insufferable and her dynamic with her mom is fricked up >seriously she never gets proven wrong, just learns to be less of a b***h >there were about 5-6 instances where you could tell the characters were mouthpieces for Greta >didn't have any nuance or subtlety discussing feminism >the Troon playing Dr Barbie is disgusting and WNBAW
Finally, I was confused about Allen's role. Is he supposed to be gay, or just a softboi? I get "he's Ken's buddy" but just what.
Agrees. The goblina was the worst part of the movie but I love that it made feminism look moronic.
Kens at their worst just wanted to be helpful and spend time with barbies, and even the 'epic' rant showed that women's biggest enemy are other women.
Babries can inspire women to be anything they want to be! Yet the moronic goblina wants an average barbie because filling barbies shoes is too much pressure.
Honestly I have a hard time believing men wouldn't be satisfied with just playing volleyball with their bros all day. The only way they wouldn't be is if seeds of doubt or shame were planted. And the thing is, men are more comfortable with casual sex more than women are. Women generally seek long term relationships.
It's real. But what is the issue?
it's transphobic that's what's wrong with it.

How original
> The movie is about accepting yourself for who you are, instead of defining yourself through the lenses of societal norms.
What does blaming men for women’s social pressure on one another have to do with being yourself?
>Ken's unexpected villain turn stems from his feelings of inferiority and invisibility to Barbie, leading him to embrace the patriarchy.
>Kens fight against one another out of feelings of inadequacy, insecurity, and competitive aggression.
Why are men so useless lmfao
>gynecologist
isnt she already one
You can't be a gynecologist for people that have no female sexual organs.
Im a gynecologist myself. I look at a pussy everyday when I look in the mirror ;_;
So is Mattel going to not make Barbie a hypercompetent woman moving forward? Life in the Dreamhouse satirized that better than this film did imo
What are they gonna do in Barbieland now that they're all self aware about living in a dreamland?
Enact immigration.
The whole movie is anti immigration you brainlet.
>leave small, homogenous town to New area
>get corrupted by the ideas
>bring ideas back to paradise
>paradise is corrupted by ideas from "others"
>have to sneakily trick everyone into falling back in line
That's called being enlightened.
Oh god this movie actually has a "barbie land" women are fricked in the head
>anti-immigration
>pro-capitalist
Jesus christ
They could visit the other toy worlds now that their existence is confirmed. Maybe in the sequel Barbie and Ken can go to the He-Man universe.
Can't wait to not see that!
A Barbie/He-Man/Hot Wheels tieup is inevitable though given the box office success of Barbie
Yes you're right. I just tune this stuff out at this point. There's absolutely zero chance I'm the market for this trash garbage.
What the frick makes you think He-Man is ever going to make it into live action?
Wew lad
>1987
oh so you're just beind dishonest leftoids? ok
Dolph Lundgren was actually perfect for this role. All they needed was a better script and a much higher budget for this to have been a blockbuster.
Are you moronic or just a zoomer?
because theyve been talking about remaking it for a decade
someone pls gimme a quick bogdown of the plot
Go watch the movie you lazy porn addict.
Irrelevant shit for girls who like barbie. Women were a mistake.
I literally could not care less.
Cared enough to ask for the synopsis you sniveling queer
That wasnt me frickface. The "plot" of this corporate advertisement could not matter less
What is the difference between a sniveling queer and a regular queer?
Okay so both genders have an identity crisis and Cinemaphile just b***hes about the female part and calls it woke. Got it.
It's Cinemaphile what'd you expect.
It doesn't need to be revolutionary, it's funny and relatable.
Is this the excuse for blatant political propaganda now?
This anon is right
It's fricking advertising. Moght as well be another transformers movie
>reddihomosexual thinks feminists will be neutral and fair to both genders
kys moron
men on their knees is equality. why dont you get it?
Nuance doesn't exist here bro just roll with the side /misc/ spams into submission
So Ken waging war on the longhouse?
>someone pls gimme a quick bogdown of the plot
It's the Joker movie but for girls.
>for girls
for twittergays
every girl I know is making fun of this. Hell I know a girl who's obsessed with Barbie and she's genuinely angry at the movie. She hates it more than the people here
I went to see the movie with my university group and our female professor joined us.
>The message is that men should be allowed to be men
Why are leftoids always so dishonest?
I think of all the leftists school of thought, feminism is the absolute worst in terms of the level of dogma and regurgitation and absolute brain deadness required to worship this ideology.
holy frick kys lying homosexual
>The message is that men should be allowed to be men
That's not true at all. Men shouldn't even be allowed to enjoy the Godfather according to the movie
are you a 9 year old girl?
Simply enjoy family time, anon...then shitpost about these terrible movies with us to add more fun.
NOOOOOO YOU CAN'T JUST IGNORE A CORPORATE PRODUCT ABOUT BARBIE(tm) YOU LIKE WOMEN RIGHT??????
Do we get to see Margot get examined?
The moral of the movie was men are useless and should be manipulated/controled by women.
I thought it was more that men are fun.
barbie: why the 19th amendment was a mistake - the movie
Basically this. Imagine being a women and being programmed to see the barbie movie. Good lord.
A mere symptom of the real problem. A truly aaccurate diagnosis would be:
>Barbie: why k i k e s were a mistake - the movie
>vibrant pastel colours
>characters break out in song
>literally about a toy for girls
aside from goose being in it, what possesses a male to think this movie was ever going to be for them and wanted to see it?
Lmao moron, go watch the movie, it's ironically to your post literally pro men.
did you not read my post? i have no desire to watch this shit and nor should any other "man" that doesn't spend their nights sucking dick
Then stay moronic, just don't stink up this place with your low iq posts.
sucking dick is actually masculine now according to independent factcheckers
>uhm males can't like pastel colors and nice things
pure toxic masculinity, you're hurting yourself with shit like this and this movie is a criticism of people like you
Sounds gay as frick. But hey do what you're told as per. Back in line.
kys reddit homosexual
Cinemaphile is FULL of girls
>Cinemaphile is full of girls (male)
Only during discord raids.
The goose was in it.
that's literally it.
so it's just a case of potential "he's literally me" gone wrong?
It is but it's because she grows a vegana at the end of the movie.
we are meant to think about being the doctor and touching her lovely poosy and dicky this is feminism
People love putting their money into the machine that outputs shite. This is automaton humans.
Imagine some dad out there insisting that they not watch this film with a daughter that really wants to because it has Barbie in it.
kids dont care about barbie
Girls fricking LOVE barbie anon
correction, kids don't care about old hag Margot Robbie
Yes i never liked her either.
>a bunch of grown men complaining that a movie made for women is a female fantasy movie
are you homosexuals moronic, why did you even watch this shit
Because I didn't have anything better to do, and I suck at video games.
damn, since you have nothing better to do I guess now you have to watch the 50 animated barbie movies too, homosexual
At least some of those are less bad as movies than this one.
>a bunch of people write this exact same comment that people on movie discussion board discuss a movie
are you homosexuals moronic, why did you even come into this thread
>female fantasy
Ywnbaw troony
Barbie is a symbol of female power now
I thought it was funny
Missing any mention of Gosling hardcore slamming Robbie on all fours for 5 minutes, so I will now not watch your film.
Isn’t she like 50 now
Does she have some sort of problem? Also the toys don’t have genitals
Does the movie show Barbie's breasts without nipples?
Barbie dolls don't have genitals. When she became a woman she got female genitals. It makes a decent last scene because it shows Barbie reaching full womanhood and is comedic, using dramatic irony by having a woman excited to go to gyno.
That's the END of the movie really? Shouldn't it be in the first 15 minutes?
Her personal conflict in the movie was choosing between the static female-empowerment world and moving permanently to the real world with its rewards and challenges. Its not even that woke of an ending, motherhood is shown to be the big thing absent from barbieland. Becoming a real woman, vegana and all, was a good ending.
There is at least one pregnant Barbie doll.
But its permanently pregnant and never gives a birth.
You can take the baby out of the doll.
I don't know what they did with the movie, the whole concept of Barbieland is moronic. G.I. Joe didn't need to reverse isekai.
its from the song, you know im a barbie girl in a barbie world
Does Barbie want to become a mother ?
why would a woman with a brand new pussy need to go to a gyno? isn't that basically like a thousand mile check-up on a car to check for leaks and worn tyres?
I don't know why women would go to the gynecologist in the first place, but they do for some reason. Maybe its a yearly thing? If she just got a vegana maybe she went to make sure it was working.
It’s called basic healthcare
is it? you don't normally take a child to the dentist the week they start getting teeth and you don't have children or anyone really under middle age going to the doctor for a colon inspection
it's only with age that these things need to be monitored
I'm literally as clueless about females, their biology and their veganas. I never do a wiener check-up myself. I mean it would be gay as frick to go to some doctor who played with my penis and gave me a high five that it's working well. I guess there is a point to all women being lesbians.
women are the ultimate consoomers and propping up the medical industry with their quarterly (at least) visits and over-prescription of pills and other assorted treatments is factored into that
Just stop talking about things you have knowledge of, such as why women need to go a gynegologist every five years.
>Just stop talking about things you have knowledge of
take your own advice and leave this board and site forever
why would I stop talking about things I have knowledge of ?
By the way. millions of billions years ago when there were no gaykneekolojeests, what did women do? That's right, didn't go to a gaykneekolojeest.
People also died a lot more billion years ago.
Women are basically supposed to see a cynegologist every year after reaching puberty until they’re thirty and then they can do it every other year.
how old is a pussy at puberty?
>you don't normally take a child to the dentist the week they start getting teeth
I mean if we are talking permanent teeth you absolutely should. Not the same week but in that period
Maybe she has questions about how it operates? The doctors back in Barbieland wouldn't be able to help since they've never seen one before.
>Grows a new orifice
>Why would she go to the doctor for that?
The average American
you realize the doctor is meant to be a place to fix your ailments, right? not a hangout
she could just start an onlyfans if she wants to show off her new hole to somebody
If I grew a new orifice I would go to the doctor.
pretty sure she knows what a pussy is and you're being an obtuse moron
Doesn't make sense, she mentions they dont have genitals after already entering the real world
To me the only way to interpret it is that she wants to get a pussy, right after manipulating and rejecting ken
Isn't that transphobic?
>Most threads about Barbie are shilling it as le secretly based movie
>Most threads about Oppenheimer are shitting on it
Totally organic, guys.
Barbie is obviously shit. Oppenheimer is Nolan, so automatic midwit bait.
WHO CARES! I AINT SEE EITHER!
a friend called me and said I look like a gutter hole when I am already dealing with how insecure I am about my face aaah I cant stop thinking about his comment from past two dayss aaaah help.mee
Can someone who has actually seen the movie, which I presume is less than 5% of Cinemaphile, explain the context behind her facial expression in OP's pic. Is she singing, shouting, laughing, or what?
singing
Just watch the trailer at about 1:15
Hermanas
> Aborts Ken's baby
Oscar bait.
I know some ugly fat girl and she loves it though. Also has two gay guy friends. I'm sure it's bad.
>i didn't watch the movie, but i'm sure it's bad
Behold, the intelligence of a modern Cinemaphile poster!
>go watch our subversive slop in your local overpriced theater
behold, the corporate shill
Maybe you should try eating my shit. I'm sure you've never tasted it. You can't say it tastes bad.
If you think barbie must be shit based on what you hear, you must be moronic.
Thank heavens we have a genius enlightened r*dditor like you around. What would we do without you?
The irony of me. being here since 2008 and never been able to get into Reddit.
So, let me get this straight, you have no idea if something could be potentially bad? You have no gut feeling, no pattern recognition, no predictive mental capacity? You can't say anything is bad unless you've experienced it?
If your gut feeling of this was that it must be bad before goimg to see it then your predictive mental capacity is shit.
Ok shill. You go watch your man hating goyslop. I'll pass, my perception says its not for me. Oh and do try putting needles up your urethra, I hear some people really like it. You just might enjoy it, you haven't tried it.
Ignore these people. They're either shitposting or just shills.
Call them a 'homosexual' and move on.
>not being able to use logic to come to a conclusion
This is your smartest predditor
>Forms his opinions based on what other people like
Holy shit this is lowest iq post I've seen today. You are everything that is wrong with his world
So is this Healthy Plus Size Barbie or Morbidly Obese Barbie?
>600 lb Barbie
it's got the TLC marketing
>Noooooooo you can't have an opinion about something before experiencing it!!!!!!! SOURCE WHERE'S THE SOURCE. DOWNVOTED CHUDCEL. I'M REALLY REALLY SMART.
Also it's kind of weird that Skipper gets to be her own character but every other race ethnicity and wheelchair needs to be Barbie. But maybe I'm not far enough into the movie.
guys is it sexist to not go see Barbie? My female friends are already getting pissed at me.
You don't have any friends anon
Girls keep some orbiters around these days as emotional tampons.
Girls can find emotional tampons online. Probably keep betas around irl for menial tasks like helping them move or picking her up from chad's place if she can't drive.
Liberals are so fricking weird
Men will literally never get this movie.
That's not a problem since it's made by and for women. Let's just accept this and move on. Hopefully there will be more trashy female movies in the future. I love the matriarchy.
why are the bots shilling this woke trash non stop?
That's fricking hilarious if you ask me.
It's up on putlocker, it's real
Jesus Christ
~~*Oppenheimer *~~ is ugly judeo socialist garbage propaganda, hope Barbie is better bros
Thoughts?
Whatever i guess?
Pretty much every film ever made is
Is there a single genuinely mysognistic film?
Gay Black folk From Outer Space is about Gay Black folk From Outer Space who want to exterminate women across the universe so the universe can be all gay.
I'm not even kidding, that's the fricking movie!
Ok but I don't want homosexualry either
Straight white male mysogny only
Holy frick. Does that mean WE are reddit????
most sane feminist on reddit
I hate reddit men more than I hate feminists so now I have to see the movie too
posts like these are so transparent
>men think thing is bad!
what men? how many? who cares?
it's just there to farm upvotes and replies from other stupid prostitutes or massive cucks that go
>well i'm a man from reddit and i think it's great!
>the trans Barbie dressed as a maid and handing drinks
I got erect. Can't wait to torrent this movie.
so the gyno gets a whiff huh?
Watched it with my wife last night here is the good and bad
Good
>Ryan Gosling knocked it out of the park as Ken and was entertaining the whole time
>His character was based af
>Margot did a fine job acting, and there were tons of shots of her ass in those pants
>will Farrell was actually pretty funny too
>it was designed well
The bad
>the fricking teenage goblina is absolutely insufferable and her dynamic with her mom is fricked up
>seriously she never gets proven wrong, just learns to be less of a b***h
>there were about 5-6 instances where you could tell the characters were mouthpieces for Greta
>didn't have any nuance or subtlety discussing feminism
>the Troon playing Dr Barbie is disgusting and WNBAW
Finally, I was confused about Allen's role. Is he supposed to be gay, or just a softboi? I get "he's Ken's buddy" but just what.
I fricking hate Lisa Simpson and mouthpiece characters so much
Women have a very long history of shaming everyone in the world into catering to their whims so I believe it.
>There are people on this board who got gaslit by memes into watching this piece of shit.
You guys are now offically reddit tier.
Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach are probably in an "open relationship" and she fricks other guys in front of him
If you aren't allowed to challenge or criticize the message of a story, then there's nothing intellectual about it after all.
It's just the writer creating a safe space for themselves.
its the setup for the sequel; Barbie II barbie gets endometriosis (because of patriarchy).
>Barbie became a real woman by having utero and ovaries
what did Greta Gerwing writer and director of barbie the movie mean by this?
