real answer, make sure you have the premium luxury lifestyle of a bottom bunk, hang a sheet down, go under your borrowed covers to muffle the noise of your foreskin retracting, and operate in stealth mode.
someone's going to hear/smell/see something at one point, but the quest must be continued
I lived in a hostel situation like this with two cute girls. I'd always make a point to sleep in tight-fitting underwear so they could see my morning wood. Sometimes I'd pretend to be asleep and watch them change. It was nice, I'd do it again.
I imagine they either shut them down or everyone was in masks with hand sanitizer everywhere. I can't imagine though that any kind of health department would allow places like that to still operate under the pandemic. We all know what happened in retirement/old folks homes and those people would have individual rooms. So this must have been worse
I did, its some shit called podshare that is literally just a hostel where you pay $50/day for a bed in an open room, and they have a bunch of locations in southern california. Why does this anger you?
The israelites want us to live like this, to live in the pods, they inject satanic microchips with the mark of the best in our veins through the vaccine and brainwash us with woke propaganda and blacked porn
It's a temporary thing for young people to get on their feet. Live here for ten years, get your career established, and when you're making $25/hour as a skilled professional you can start renting your own apartment, start a family, and have 0.82 children. The American dream is alive and well, you people are just too lazy to work hard and take advantage of all this great country has to offer.
>9 hours later, the thread is still here because white trash doesn't know what a hostel is, so they turn it into some globohomosexual conspiracy
This is the worst board.
Your new buzzword doesn't change the fact that these are dehumanizing cattle pods.
Thing is, isnt that how we used to live? In a relatively small commune, 20-30 people, with not much of a "privacy", and, while alot more was in the open, it also meant that people were alot closer and familiar with one another
yes this is how homogenous units of the same races of people used to live with high trust communities because they were all the same race
you see how this isn't going to work like that?
Yeah, except groups were families. It was the equivalent of living in a group house with your relatives/cousins/grandma/etc. That's not the same thing as a bunch of random cosmopolitans sharing a pod after they get off work at israelitegle in san fran.
Sure thing. But still to say that communal living is pure evil, is a bit... off? Also, why do you think family cant be started in these circumstances EASIER, then if youd ever see other people at work/shop/gym? Because that is how it is for lots of people nowadays.
> But still to say that communal living is pure evil, is a bit... off?
yeah, if you completely ignore the difference in context that I already explained.
Again, why do you think it wont pave a way to actual families? At worst, theres gonna be some poly shit, that also leads to families, albeit not as functional.
Yes, but the difference was the untamed wildness all around that prevented any other form of living. As soon as we figured out it was nice to live otherwise we changed.
This is what I always think when I see threads like this. Travis had a steady job and his own apartment in NYC. That would be a huge improvement over my NEET lifestyle at my parents’ house.
Millennials love living like this though, I bet they are all in a poly relationship with each other and celebrate getting new stds and shit. They probably have contracts that lists who get which funko pops if they break up too
despite working, i've been headed steadily closer to this level of life over the last few years.
i don't even have my own place though, and instead live with four others.
every other ancestor before me had his own house and family.
not great to live in the end times
>I did, its some shit called podshare that is literally just a hostel where you pay $50/day for a bed in an open room, and they have a bunch of locations in southern california. Why does this anger you?
A cab diver in New York. A place like that would cost 5k today.
And he wasn't a "shitty" car driver. He had no problem stopping basically for anybody and going to more troublesome areas (like the Bronx). Not to mention he was a workaholic (12-14 hours daily for 6 or even 7 days a week) and had no issues working the graveyard shift. He said he earned $300-350 a week and "sometimes even more when l do it off the meter". If we take $350 as an average and calculate with 52 weeks that's $18,200 annually. I didn't do any thorough research but that's roughly +50% more than what the average Joe earned in the mid-70s' transportation business. (I used 1974 as that's where find relevant data from the US Bureau of Economic Analysis.) See pic rel why your 70k/year is nowhere close to what Travis earned as a "shitty cab driver", and that's not including several other factors like rent prices for apartments in New York.
Anon, your average Cinemaphile autist is absolutely not cut out for something as social as trade work. Just tell them to learn to code and call it a day.

I’ve stayed in a few hostels while travelling and in every single one of them I’ve had my own room or shared with like 3-4 others max. This shit is pure hebrew satanism
At least he still has his own place
hell
I can't believe this is a real thing that people endorse. It's all so incredibly israeli.
What does that have to do with Judaism?
You don't get it yet but if you keep your eyes and ears open, you will understand one of these days
>he doesnt know the end goal of the israelites for all their goyim slaves
iirc the father of the founder of this business was a Holocaust survivor (and thought it would never work).
so you just goon in public?
You have to make a gooner fort out of pillows and bedsheets
sounds kinda comfy

Americans can skip this step.
realistically a lot of these people that live there are likely having polyamorous degenerate sex with each other
We all GOON together in the brave new world.

Just join the Navy at that point.
So what happened to places like this during Corona?
I imagine they either shut them down or everyone was in masks with hand sanitizer everywhere. I can't imagine though that any kind of health department would allow places like that to still operate under the pandemic. We all know what happened in retirement/old folks homes and those people would have individual rooms. So this must have been worse
Everyone died unfortunately. It was a very real and serious disease.
Why does this always get such a strong response? It's just a hostel.

$50 for some hipsters luggage seems cheap

we've got another
fugitive broskis
dont say nothing provocative until the wardens arrive and drag him back
looks like we have another troony here stinking up the place with its rotting pus seeping horror hole
People are expected to live there long term and pay thousands of dollars for rent.
It's becoming the only thing to a house/apartment we can afford

The American Dream™ is dead, you just described Hell.
Terrifying that all the people in power think like this
Your new buzzword doesn't change the fact that these are dehumanizing cattle pods.
Meds, Cletus.
living in a pod with no privacy aside, it's kinda nice that everyone sat in a circle to listen to the girl play guitar.
she's a shitty guitarist and they were basically forced to, otherwise she would have acted like a b***hy c**t with everyone for weeks after
Is everyone there an alcoholic/benzo addict? That's the only way I could put up with that.
I would guess a good number of them are on fentanyl

Sure. Tho I dont see any Black folk in that pic, albeit the picture is small.

we also used to club each other over the head a lot
>isnt this how we used to live?
No. And if we did then that doesn't make it okay since cave people also used to rape and eat each other.
Yes, but the difference was the untamed wildness all around that prevented any other form of living. As soon as we figured out it was nice to live otherwise we changed.
>never getting the end of Adam's story
as if this thread wasn't depressing enough, thanks butthole
This is way better. I could live in a box as long as I had basic privacy and a screen to tune out the world. Communal open spaces are cancer.
This is what I always think when I see threads like this. Travis had a steady job and his own apartment in NYC. That would be a huge improvement over my NEET lifestyle at my parents’ house.
imagine if he worked that job today though. he wouldn't be able to afford an apartment in the corn belt let alone nyc

Reminds me of my time in the Corps.
Thank you for your service, sir.
Thanks for paying your taxes and allowing me to have intimate relations with women across the south pacific.
Reminder that these people have better social and sexual lives than Cinemaphile chuds
And that's a good thing!
Why would I want to be some low IQ social butterfly whose only capital is my sex appeal?
How're you supposed to have kids in a place like that?
These people are all rich kids, they do this to network and 'for the experience'.
They're all white ffs.

Travis making decent money and being a Vietnam veteran don't really jive with the story or character.
Lift weights and get into a trade union. The depression never leaves, but you won’t be a loser who never tried.
Anon, your average Cinemaphile autist is absolutely not cut out for something as social as trade work. Just tell them to learn to code and call it a day.
From the thumbnail I thought that was Elliot Page.
