Ah yes, another red head to ruin
They actually picked someone that looks like Nami.
this is who netflix cast
nice brick, not surprised
WHERE THE FRICK ARE THE breasts?
This is pre-timeskip nami
Every single thread about this goes the exact same way. Do you think the actress is going to grow breasts as the adaptation goes along, you fricking idiot?
No, afaik, she needs to eat lots of oranges/tangerines, yams, and lamb in order to gain bigger boobs.
Tell everyone what I said about this.
cool so are they going to make her get implants progressively as the show goes on?
Yes.
wtf i love netflix now
Ss1 OP you dumb frick
Nami almost always wears sandals outside of her boots in the first arc
wonder if we'll get some foot-kino from her
flat
breasts 404
rudd a cute
Why isn't she black?
Upvoted.
armpit frick
Do I even need to ask?
does Netflix know it turns into literal "unfilmable" shit a little before the time skip?
I'ts unfilmable way earlier than that. How the frick are you supposed to translate these guys to live action? Keep in mind the regular human looking ones have the power to transform into anthro animal monsters
forgot pic
Just put a wig and a prosthetic zipper-mouth on Vincent D'Onofrio for the guy on the left.
eh, even crocodile and arlong were like 12 feet tall
The biggest problem they'll face is the extremely tall characters
Does nobody show stuff like this to the executives so they realize how futile it is to even attempt making this adaptation? How could you look at this picture and say "yeah they can do this" then sign off on millions of dollars?
4kids had the same problem.
Bro, CP9 is like the most normal atagonist group. Like the only weird one is the Chapapa guy but that's just 1 guy out of 7.
shitastic CGI here we come!
How they even pull off luffys stretch power
They don't care
They'll keep trying
"It'll do better than Cowboy Bebop, I swear, we'll be the anime to live action adaption that works"
They'll adapt it up until Alabasta which is the first ""grounded'' big arc in One Piece then cancel it.
I bet they said the same thing about their Cowboy Bebop show. Netflix will never have a "big thing", Stranger Things was for a season until they ran it to the ground.
Ya what Netflix says and actually believes are probably 2 different things. They’re desperate to cash in on the popularity of anime, they need something to cling onto to try and save their dying service and with how popular anime is in the west, being the first western service to really cash in on that could be huge. So of course they’re gonna hype up whatever it is they’re doing. But there’s no way one piece succeeds. I love one piece but it’s impossible to adapt to live action without looking awful. And especially considering the same production company behind one piece was behind bebop this thing is dead on arrival. Plus tons of diversity hires behind the screen will certainly butcher any adaption.
I think they don't care, they make still money with current shit show
Netflix is absolutely desperate right now. Their stock is plummeting. You can already tell they’re starting to axe some of their worst woke transgressions
Identifies Live-Action ‘One Piece’ Show as Potential ‘Star Wars’-like Franchise
This sentence makes me so angry. Not just because of how corporate and soulless it all is, but because normalgays will throw their money.
Anime adaptions don't work anyway
>normalgays will throw their money.
Even normies made fun of Netflix Bebop. Normies are getting smarter and less programmed than you think.
Amazon can make abominations like the boys and even the edgelords here will suck it up while pretending to hate it. Netflix didn't properly oversee cowboy bebop nor promote it properly.
Normies like superheroes, not anime
Normalgays like the easiest thing to watch
Please tell me how you think it would be possible to adapt pic related to live-action. I actually want to know how you think this'd be doable with Netflix's microbudgets and track record.
I don't know I haven't watched it. If they want it to be a "star wars like franchise" it won't be low budget.
It's simple really, they'll make it shitty.
They are apparently spending a shit ton of cash for this and the leaked sets for Easy Blue honestly look not too shabby so far.
Most normalgays do not like anime, so they won’t be throwing their money at this. And among normalgays that do like anime most don’t care for one piece because it’s too long. I’m glad Oda got a big paycheck, but I can’t wait for this adaption to fail because frick Netflix.
Most normalgays don't like sci fi yet star wars is a huge hit. if Amazon knows what they're doing this will be a huge hit.
Just realized this isn't amazon but netflix. my bad I'm a massive moron. Netflix won't make this work lol
Not the same thing at all. Sci-fi used to be a huge and popular genre. Star Wars became a classic and a household name. Normies in the last likes Star Wars because normies in the past like sci-fi. It became a classic and household name because it was so good. So now normies in the present time still like it because it’s an already popular franchise.
Normies already know about anime, they just don’t like it and they won’t start randomly liking it now. Especially not with a series like One Piece, a show most normie anime watchers don’t really watch.
I hate to say it, I know a lot of casuals who watch one piece.
Secondly this isn't anime but an anime adaption. Like saying normalgays don't read fantasy so they won't watch got.
Normalgays might not like anime, but they do like pirates.
While it's definitely far less fantastical than One Piece, Pirates of the Caribbean is a whacky pirate fantasy series and the 14th highest grossing film franchise of all time.
Stat wars fans are anglophiles, they will laugh at this even if it was better than nu wars
go seethe on reddit about it gay
One Piece has to be the most unadaptable anime out there. The entire thing relies on grotesque proportions.
You can't adapt like 90% of the shit in One Piece to live-action without it being ridiculous. Netflix has shown they can't even do Cowboy Bebop right, and One Piece is exponentially harder to do right in live-action than Cowboy Bebop.
This this this. Cowboy bebop was very easy to convert to live action. One piece stretchy shit will be terrible. Berserk or Black Lagoon would be doable
The people that "adapted" Bebop only watched it once and seemed to have outright contempt for it. One Piece might end up goofier than 90s Power Rangers, but there's at least a chance the writers didn't go out of their way to needlessly destroy and demean the characters in the most insulting way possible. Maybe.
sugoiii
Unironically I think Netflix is going to try really hard to make One Piece their best anime adaptation. If they can make it work then theyll get a major foot in the overseas market which is a huge win.
>trying really hard to make one piece work
>hires same production company that made bebop
>hires a bunch of diversity hire writers, directors and a show runner with no or barely any credits to their name
Lol
>get a major foot in the overseas market
>Bechdel Test
American SJW culture does not export well, it is DOA
good thing One Piece isn't an American series in the first place
>Netflix USA
>coming in hot off their Cowboy Bebop SJW Failure
derp, you might want to check out overseas reviews of these shite american productions of foreign properties
really just depends how close they play it to the source material, personally don't care if this bombs or succeeds
there's lots of diversity in the series but you can count on them forcefeeding it
>personally don't care if this bombs or succeeds
same, just tired of The Message in place of story and craft.
Irrelevant. There are 2 audiences here, anime watchers and non-anime watchers.
If they play it close to the source material it’s good for anime watchers. But lost anime watchers won’t like this because it’s live action, and something like one piece will look terrible live action.
If they play it close to the source material non-anime watchers won’t like it it, as they already don’t like it. So to attract non-anime watchers they’ll need to make changes and take liberties, which will eliminate even more of the anime watching audience. And those liberties and changes they make will fail to attract non-anime watchers because the diversity hires Netflix employs are incapable of making a good product. Plus non-anime watchers will have a very hard time ever watching something anime related.
Live action anime is good for absolutely no one, this shit needs to stop.
I agree with what your saying but I liked the Initial D live action.
audiences generally liked Alita
I think you're going overboard on the "diversity hire" stuff
I've seen a collage of like 30 characters they've casted for One Piece and the only sus one is Nami's sister, but even then it still works since Nami's sister was a brown girl in the anime
From what I've been told as well, Nico Robin in the manga was actually supposed to be light skinned but the anime made her dark and she was still beloved by audiences
Alita bombed and was raped y Captain Marvel.
400+million seems decent enough for the 170m budget+advertising
Of course it couldnt compete with the exposure for a fricking Marvel movie but it wasn't an absolute failure either. It got decent reviews and managed to still turn a small profit. There's a large amount of people that want a 2nd movie as well since it was overall an enjoyable enough experience for most people that actually managed to watch it
>Captain Marvel
literally played before empty seats, an utter money laundering scheme of a shitflic
This, keep normies away from my anime, they always demand censorship
this sums it up very well. in trying to please everyone they get nowhere.
One piece is too cartoony to adapt well into live action
An "accurate" adaption would look like pic related and if they make it grittier to fit the live action aesthetic, it will just turn off One Piece fans
Real OP fans won't even look into direction of nigerflex adaptation.
I have a morbid curiosity towards it.
Maybe with time or at least with more "adaptions" you'll dump that worthless tendency away
Nah, I love Cowboy Bebop but I knew that the Netflix adaptation was trash from the start and didn't even bother to watch 1 single episode of it.
How do you even start getting into a show with 1000 episodes?
You start from episode 1.
I think Netflix is making a live adaptation of One Piece because whoever owns One Piece offered them the rights in exchange to expose normies to One Piece who have never heard of it. It’s basically a giant commercial that they expect to bomb
>I think Netflix is making a live adaptation of One Piece because whoever owns One Piece offered them the rights in exchange to expose normies to One Piece who have never heard of it.
Oda, the author of One Piece, literally admitted this.
Cast them
What a clusterfrick
Nami - Idris Elba
too white and white adjacent, time to add some diversity. also luffy will now be played by a trans black paraplegic
never read or seen this show but are those character heights accurate or does it have to do with plot importance and the small ones are not that important?
The latter pretty much.
oh lol that would have been funny if those big guys were actually that big
I mean, they are pretty big guys (4U) but the author also doesn't gaf about canon heights and changes them depending if he wants to make a character appear more menacing than another is.
I see, thank you
You're welcome, friend.
thanks for being nice to me
>continent pullers
>mfw
WTF that's epic
>thanks for being nice to me
Nothing wrong with politely asking questions.
thank you, i miss old Cinemaphile
I think everyone does a bit.
Nah those are pretty accurate sizes. Those two big ogre things are continent-pullers, the giant sea monsters behind them are the Sea Kings, they're like manifestations of the sea and have the power to destroy the world and Luffy can understand them. You can see the ship for size comparison too
90% could just be played by Kevin James
it's missing sanjuan Wolf
they should do filler shit, because from Alabasta onwards it's not possible to capture on film with real actors
>a 'Star Wars'-like franchise
I remember a friend of mine saying this when Mein In Black came out lol
>Mein In Black
wtf I don't even browse /misc/
Post more Robin
They are moronic. Literally any other popular shonen would work better in live action than one piece.
>THIS SUMMER
When Nami actress Lindsay Lohan got her first paycheck, she bought another new Mercedes.
When Zolo actor Matt LeBlanc got his first paycheck, he bought a hot meal.
I'M LOSING IT HERE
God I miss prime Lohan so much
Nothing will ever be ‘Star Wars’-like Franchise from Netflix.
>Star Wars like franchise
>something that fans love and they will crash the whole ship into the rocks out of spite (no pun intended)
No please! Not like that!
It already IS a Star Wars level franchise. Between the manga and the anime and all the merch, it is a hugely popular brand world wide.
People who have never watched star wars know who darth vader is. I don't think you understand what star wars like implies.
Everyone knows luffy
Is it really like that? I don't know anyone who cares about one piece even among my couple friends that like anime. Is it going to be hispanics and pajeets keeping netflix afloat?
outside of english speaking countries OP is absolutley as iconic and well known as StarWars
>outside of English speaking countries
So every country
Even in America One Piece is getting hige now.
Go anywhere in Asia and more people will know Luffy than Darth Vader.
Who is the person in the OP?
nico robin
Not telling you, you coomer. go outside
Why would you post that and know who it is if you don't want to tell anyone and don't approve of masturbation. What a homosexual
>dumb coomer logic
lmao. Again, touch grass, they you would have a change of getting a girl like that irl.
just post it man
The main character of The One Piece: "Naruto"
When it's on N it must be shit
BIG BOOBS

Someone repost her other pics here, thanks.
wow netflix is run by some dumb as frick people. How are they expecting to keep people watching for 100 seasons? Normies will be bored to death after 50 eps and netflix won't even produce this much before calling it quits due to low engagement.
They’re doing 100 chapters in 10 episodes. It’s possible they can finish the adaption in like 14/15 more seasons. But if they’re gonna condense it that much the show will be shit.
Are these 20 minute or 40-45 minute episodes?
Netflix cancels anything that does not become the single most-watched thing in its catalog upon release.
Only about 50 episodes of the show though. If you cut out the intros and recaps and do 45 minute episodes it won't be as bad but then again it is netflix so even if they made 25 episodes with 45 minute runtimes and $20 mil budgets per ep they would still find a way to make it unwatchable.
I'm giving it two full seasons, adapting up until the end of Alabasta then the show is gonna get cancelled.
>implying it will make to season 2
They've constructed a life size Baratie to film on so they'll be getting their money worth out of it
They woulda been better off with Naruto probably if they wanted the star war/marvel type thing
Need to change the title for it to be huge.
>Potential
Honestly this is one of the most empty words that gets used constantly.
Holy breasts
Holy mountains
The quote never actually mentioned One Piece directly, it's unlikely they plan on doing anything with this other than the bare minimum
Yamato's big hangers
Made for the future shogun of Wano.
damn he's got some big tiddies.
They will hopefully be put to good use.
Well he will have plenty of time with her now since they're staying on that shithole island
>Netflix Identifies Live-Action ‘One Piece’ Show as Potential ‘Star Wars’-like Franchise
It will be like the Star Wars Sequels, full of Woke propaganda and diversity and women. Only it will make nowhere near the money.
It is impossible for Netflix to have a big franchise, because to create one would mean going against their Woke agenda and guidelines.
To create a popular franchise you need talented and passionate people. You need creators. The stomper fact of the matter is that typically the people with creative vision, passion, and talent are white men. That why most original successful franchises are made by white men. But Netflix has diversity quotas, so they don’t want to hire white men who will create new things that could potentially become a house hold name. Instead their work around is to take already successful franchises, like one piece, and instead employ diversity hires to run, write, and direct the show. They also need to hire stooges who will follow the corporate orders. The problem with that though is you usually end up getting stuck with people just looking to make money and/or who don’t really care about the franchise. You get unqualified people with no or barely any any credits who have no idea what they’re doing. They care more about espousing their political and social beliefs and doing whatever the suits say than making a quality franchise. That’s why you get an abomination like Bebop, there is just little to no passion, talent, vision, or competency involved in regards to the actual quality of the product. This will fail for the same reasons. It will suck like bebop, the Witcher, etc.
Have you seen any interviews with the writer or any set photos? Expectations are still low but from what I've seen it's more promising than bebop who thought they could have put their own spin on it instead of just sticking to the source
Someone post her fricking name, image searches are worthless.
madi gio
Is that really her?
They would be right....if they were adapting Bleach.
>see big breasts
>get mad that nobody posts her name
>find other big breasts
>fap
cast him
Bruce Campbell unironically
Jim Carey
a CGI and League of legends's Shaco voice actor
Johnny Depp
They already did.
>Buggy is a Yonko now
I haven't read since Dressrosa, the frick?
If you want to get spoiled, Kaido and Big Mom were toppled in the last arc by an alliance made of Luffy, Kid and Law. Buggy is a Yonko now because he has Crocodile and Mihawk under his wings.
Marines don't need the warlords anymore so they go to arrest them. Buggy somehow escapes, Mihawk and Crocodile join up with him. He puts bounties on the marines as revenge.
He'll become Pirate King.
God, I hope
chest is about right, but waist diameter is about 3x too big
Why do morons keep asking for live action anime/vista adaptations? They are always pure unadulterated dogshit
Nobody asks for them, I don't want American normies to know of One Piece cause then they would start asking for censorship and One Piece is the last Shonen with fanservice, based Oda
What kind of rock you've been living under for thinking op isn't mainstream as frick in the us
But Americans only like Attack on Titan, My hero academia and Jujutsu Kaisen, they hate fanservice and sexy female characters, Americans were a mistake
>actually cast a white girl to play the red head(don’t think she’s a natural red head)
>cast a black to play her sister that’s only in one arc anyway
They got as close as they could without upsetting the fans so there’s that I guess
Her adoptive sister anyway. At least they're sneaking it in where it doesn't matter and leaving most of the major cast members accurate to their canon ethnicities.
>Identifies
What's One Piece gender then?
THE ONE PIECE IS REAAAAALLLLLLLL
Will Namis actress get fake breasts after East Blue? She's pretty big by Alabasta tbh
Is it possible these days to find a nerdy girlfriend who will just sit in all day whilst I suck on her big breasts. I don't even care about sex anymore. I just want to come home to a pair of breasts to suck on
Sure but she's going to have a big belly too.
Not a problem for some.
Yeah I'm one of them, just saying.
Figured. It's not really a problem for me either unless she's just obese.
I know, that's what I was implying. Momo needs to breed her real good.
>Netflix Identifies Live-Action ‘One Piece’ Show as Potential ‘Star Wars’-like Franchise
Why? What gives them this confidence? One Piece is mostly enjoyed by boomer nips who don't watch live action and only still keep up with OP due to time investment
>this is the official crew for the live action main cast
Your thoughts?
It's gonna suck
Nami is attractive, which is surprising for Netflix, but what's the point when they will take out all the fanservice
Zoro’s too pretty
Probably the best thing out of this whole project.
Unironically good casting
One Piece is a cluster frick of content full of cartoonish characters that can't work in live action. There is no way you could ever please fans. You'd have to skip most arcs or condense them into nothing.
Yamato isn't joining. The show will be shit but at least the manga is saved
The incredible caricatural hubris of these blue haired Americans will never cease to amaze me
>Pick a high-grossing franchise with nigh-universal appeal in basically every major market other than the United States, areas which are generally targeted as potential growth markets
>Pick this singular franchise that is cartoony in visuals but relatively mature in its politics (for a lack of a better word) that was so hard to handle that the original dubbers of the anime literally had no idea what to do when they gained the rights to the series (4Kids), and decide to make a live-action series based on it
>Series is mature and is entering its final arc after 20+ years of build up, series is the last of the 'original' long running shonen and its popularity on social media increased dramatically around 2016-2017
>Merch so ever-present you'd think that Shueisha has the power of The Schwartz
It's literally too soon for this to be viable (for those who'd really want this to be something like Star Wars, which I suppose would require some additional 'spinoff media' along the lines of more books and comics, due to the series actually having a pretty well-established canon) and too late (peak time for this would've been in the early 2010s). I imagine that someone at Netflix knows that they can't afford to frick this up that badly, because unlike Bebop or Ghost in the Shell this is a series thats still ongoing and, crucially, is popular in a lot of areas of the world that make up the core international subscriber demographic; in addition, the series is more popular in the US than its ever been.
There's no good live action anime. Japanese can't act.
It keeps happening.
I liked Bright. I’m still not sure why everyone shit on it so hard. Decent movie about cops running down a case but with a fantasy twist on it
Because this homosexual mixed shadowrun with training day and hoped no one would notice. Also will smith is an insufferable homosexual
Probably stronger than SW, since Disney killed it completely.
>Giant rabid fanbase, despite being completely mediocre
>Very popular among women
I can kind of see it.
Not watching cause Wokeflix will censor Nami, they won't reach Fishman Island but I just know they wouldn't have the balls to give her Fishman Island outfits for Nami and Robin, they even censored Faye Valentine
no one cares homosexual
Only homosexuals don't care
It's funny how the statues at the kids park include her ass hanging out
that's just authenticity
Kids love it too.
I doubt she didn't wear any type of underwear or lingerie before the TS and turning into a big bawd.
Personally I just love One Piece big breasts.
Thought that one person was eating her ass for a second
I wouldn't blame him for it
thats because kids are based chads that havent been infected with moronic cancer ideology like "flat is justice"
Oda knows it well.
the only people who dislike large breasts are homos and ugly flatoid women
Yup.
Based Manyuu Hikenchou bro.
I wish I had the webm of Chifusa's Chifusas getting forcibly sucked by shota.
i have it, but this is a blue board
I knew you were a certified Manyuu enjoyer.
>PLease make my mom and big sister's boobs bigger too.
the frick kid?
kids find big boobs funny
and i mean really, a boob is a funny thing
We really need to bring back sexy comedies featuring big titty b***hes and young boys.
even the word "boob" is funny
its like poop but upside down
T. Luffy.
dood?
ok mirrored too
It's Japan, mate. Don't think about it too hard.
When is Live Action Fate?
If you ask me, FSN is unadaptable. Maybe a brand new Grail War with nothing to do with Japan
I’m gonna make another anime thread just to piss off that anon lol
I love One Piece, but this is going to be awful just like every single other Netflix adaptation. And a big KEK to the people speculating casting for future Straw Hats like Robin, Franky, etc. This shit isn't getting a second season and will never get out of East Blue
I hope so, don't want Wokeflix to keep butchering One Piece
You’re gonna take black, trans, disabled Nami and you’re gonna LIKE IT
moron.
Pretty hot.
Agree
Booba too small tho.
Black Robbin
Oda has given up
>Big Bro!
kino moment
Canon nopan.
You can't make a "Star Wars like franchise" on purpose. You have to cast as wide a net as possible with as many different IP ideas as you can afford, and eventually one of them is going to blow up for who knows what reasons.
When JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter she didn't know it was going to be a Star Wars-tier IP that would make her a literal billionaire. And despite Universal Studios' best efforts, to pump it full of money, production value, and action figure potential, The Chronicles of Riddick was a box office flop. You have to try dozens if not hundreds ideas because getting an evergreen transmedia IP like that is basically like winning the lottery.
I love the desert outfit for Nami.
>tfw Anri and Hitomi cosplayed as Hanwiener once
Nice
Robin doesn't wear lingerie post-TS.
When does she wear lingerie? The things she had in Thriller bark were stocking or pantyhouse
>fricks up Cowboy Bebop and Death Note which are the easiest anime shows to adapt in live action
>Somehow people believe that wacky shit like One Piece will be good in live action
It's DOA lmao
They also fricked up the Punisher and the Witcher before that. They can't handle these types of adaptations but they also can't get enough out of ruining them. It's like crack to them.
2 seasons.
Can't wait, the Netflix Cowboy Bepop was amazing!
Cast her.
poom, that girl that plays the mantis girl on guardians of the glaaxy
she was born to play anthropomorphic animals
Cute.
Universal did their own live action stage show
Why don’t they just make live action Berserk?
Hopefully nobody ever does but OP is going to end soon and Berserk will never get a proper ending now so that might have something to do with it.
Isn't Berserk getting an ending thanks to Miura's notes left to his editor?
Yes but I said proper ending, probably should have specified this isn't it.
Got it.
i just really like breasts
idgaf about the anime, i just want boobs on tv
Same.
HONK HONK
Based on what they can cover in the time they have, the finale will most likely be the big fight with Krieg, and Nami's betrayal as a cliff hanger.
How does it make you feel that Krieg is the final boss of season 1?
The titles for all 10 episodes were already leaked.
1st season covers all of East Blue.
We already dealt with the 4kids dub. How bad could it really get from there?
Desert doo doo.
TESSA FOWLER IS LITERALLY REAL LIFE NAMI HOW COULD THEY FRICK THIS UP?!?!
She will be cast as the post-TS version of Nami.
That role is reserved for Oda's wife
but can she act?
>but can she act?
That question applies to literally 99% of "actresses"
You can always train her to act good enough for the role
She probably has the best rack for a Nami cosplayer that I have ever seen.
model name?
who is it AAAAAAAAHHHHH
I think she goes by Flaming-Goddess.
Thanks bro
Don't mention it.
Who is Buggy? Who is Crocodile?
>Crocodile
Not casted yet.
breasts faker than Russia election fraud.
Shit gonna look real droopy by her mid-40s
I would be worried if I didn't already know it will bomb
I want this to go the distance just so I can see the shit show on both sides complaining about the Kamabakka Kingdom. People will say OP is pozzed because of all the trannies/crossdressers and trannies will seethe and cope that they look like men in dresses and wigs complete with 5 o'clock shadows.
It wouldn't get that far for infinite reasons in reality, and they'd b***h out and make them look like normal people, but imagine if Oda demanded it be 100% faithful.
There is no way they could adapt that unless they really softballed it in. I could see them attempting Ivankov if they make it that far.
I mean Ivankov is literally The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
yeah they could. just have to play the drag queen angle doing cabaret shows angle.
That's Impel Down 5.5.
That’s exactly what it would be drag show, then troony island would just be drag queen island where Sanji would learn from the drag queens rather than running. Also would make a guess that they would have one actual troony that’s not drag that Sanji will just fall for or he will get air walk chasing after the non-drag troony.
The normieization of anime and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.
It might actually work. The casting isn't horrible and they seemed to have learn from Cowboy Bebop, stick to the source material as much as you can but more importantly understand the characters and don't self insert. Fans who like the brand want to see the brand not some hack writers who using an IP to showcase their own shitty characters in a a One Piece skin.
I have my doubts about Netflix's pulling it off but maybe
Anime doesn't need to be live action. Jfc how many times will they try
who cares about Black personflix movies or shows ? it is always pozzed and rageinduceing full on homosexualry.
We have a real red head for Nami.
You guys are fooling yourself. If they botched Cowboy Bebop which has to be the easiest anime to adapt ever, go figure what kind of ungodly shitshow this will be. They have no clue of what made the original material of what they adapt good.
So it's either going to be a major cringefest like CB (which is the best scenario at it might be entertaining to watch) or an absolute borefest like Witcher and Sandman.
CB was straight-up awful, the only cringe part I genuinely laughed at was Vicious being a fricking dweeb and saying Moshi Moshi.
How are we fooling ourselves when this entire thread has been discussing how it's not possible for them to pull it off?
Read the thread, there's plenty of cope/hope in here.
The major concern is compacting all 100 chapters of East Blue in 10 episodes.
It means every episode must be at least 1+ hour long like the last season of Stranger Things.
