No one cares about your shitty tier list. Is this all you have to do with your time? Arbitrarily ranking unrelated movies. Then what, you want someone else to do the heavy lifting and generate discussion for you? Just go watch more movies dude, that's apparently all you're good for.

Are you just ranking every animated movie you’ve ever watched? Itd be more interesting if it was all one studio or director or something. Listen to

princess kaguya was way too long and boring to be that high on the tier list

rango was overrated and doesn't fit that high on the list. the most interesting character in rango was the rattlesnake and he was underutilized

      >princess kaguya was way too long and boring
Most anime films fit that bill for me, honestly. They look good, though.

I disagree. There are plenty of anime movies that are entertaining. Yes they don't rely on non stop action like western animated movies but that doesn't make them boring.

          >There are plenty of anime movies that are entertaining.
Not saying there aren't, though there isn't too many that interest me personally. That's a me issue, though.

          >Yes they don't rely on non stop action like western animated movies
those who would've made such works in an older time gravitated to other entertainment sectors like video games instead.
That said though, I forgot to mention I wasn't speaking in favor of western animated films, since a lot of those don't really interest me either

Panda 2 should be at the very end of D. An animated film being that dull and rudimentary is almost a feat.

    >actually reads the file name
Nothing to see here, folks. Almost no one in the academy actually watches the animated films they judge. All they care about is media buzz, indi cred and is it Disney.

S: Kaguya, Spirited Away, Tresure Planet, Toy Story 4, The Illusionist, Persepolis, The Red Turtle, Belleville Trio
Good: Kells, Anderson, Coraline, better Pixar ones (Incredibles, Ratatatata), some Dreamworks, couple of others with Wallece and Gromit there
Meh to bad: rest of them
