What does Cinemaphile think of this movie?
I wanted to find concept art about it.

It's fun, though definitely a product of its time in some bad ways
Couldn't help you with that concept art, sorry
>a product of its time in some bad ways
how?
Very heavy and direct pop culture references, dance party ending, etc
I’ve got a big soft spot for it. Anything William Joyce has his hands on design wise are favorites for me (except for Rise of Guardians). Here’s some concept art I found
it was alright. people saying it's was an allegory for commies are exaggerating a bit
Yeah not really. Just typical "Corpos want to frick over poor people so Rodney and friends uncover the fiendish conspiracy, bring back the good corpo, and outs the bad ones for a stable and happy city".
Ain't you a chipper one.
The character designs are ugly in a good way, which I always like.
My grandma was dying in hospital when I last watched this
>Circumcision joke
Into the trash it goes
It wasn't a circumcision joke, they lost his entire penis and had to improvise
Because they're poor
>they lost his entire penis and had to improvise
No they didn't, they just didn't install it then made the disgusting "this won't hurt a bit" circumcision joke.
His father says "We wanted a boy, right?"
They lost his baby wiener and had to make one
Do people really get that much in a huff about it? Like THAT much of a huff? I don't have foreskin and I still have happy faps. It's aesthetic but not required to enjoy the good stuff.
Plus honestly I can't imagine dealing with cheese.
>Disgusting
Ok yeah wow you really are in a huff.
The art direction is God tier, and in general the animation aged extremely well
Actually had a funny fart joke
I think this was the first movie i ever saw in theaters as a kid. Either this or that one pooh movie about the heffalump
It came out in march 2005 and was John Powell's first time doing an animation soundtrack since Shrek in may 2001.
Still better than kung fu Panda 2. Not as hard to sit through.
>"The world you're looking for no longer exists"
They screwed up that Bigweld line in the latin american dub. In that dub, he says the spanish translation of "word" (palabra), meaning that the actor mistook "world" for "word"
