You'll note, by and large, he was the only one to do it regularly. As an older member of the cast, he was a stand-in for the Greatest Generation and their viewpoints, versus the remainder of the cast who were self-inserts for baby boomers.
It's notable that McCoy was the one romancing alien hotties before Kirk ever did.

That comes to the confusion of the difference of federation and starfleet.
if starfleet was Earth only fleet and had a couple of Aliens aboard.
But vulcans have military ships, but humans have only starfleet ships, so the concept there were no much aliens aboard by Kirk time is weird.

People often conceptualize the Federation as being something like the United States but in reality it is more like the EU or NATO - the comprising planets (usually) have their own thing plus shared/allied/joint ships in the form of Starfleet. I wish they leaned into that a bit more - where you would have Federation planets with harsher laws than others and some sort of conflict arises.

Yeah, cept for the fact that Earth and Starfleet are clearly the leaders of the Federation as they are the most powerful.

and Germany leads the EU and the USA leads NATO, the analogy stands.

it's close enough for fiction; you could also use the UN as a good example

still, UN does not control and design the ships.
                neither NATO
starfleet ships with no humans aboard is stupid

Why? They're all sapient and part of one polity.

because it was shown many times that each planet has its own fleet and ship design
and there is no vulcan ship with most humans
                writers were stupid

it's the noble savage theory espoused by rousseau and in popular culture by folks like Robert Howard and whatever tumblr homosexuals have with that "humans are space orcs" thing
humans are the only species with their head extracted out of their own ass and looking up at the stars in wonder
we are the ones who dare to dream and do the thing that's So Crazy It Just Might Work

It's not propaganda. Vulcans would view stellar phenomena as things to be catalogued and other races as risks to be mitigated. Andorians would view stellar phenomena as things to be managed and other races as challenges to be overcome. Tellarites would view stellar phenomena as things to be dismissed and other races as opponents to debate.
Humans viewed stellar phenoma as wonders to be investigated and other races as potential new friends. We had childlike wonder that was burned out because the other races are older and more jaded and set in their ways. We had appreciation for what we could see because of what we lived through and survived.

There are hundreds of federation races, but humas are the only with fiery ass, that much they would surpass vulcan in 1 century. That is pure unfounded shit, like humans are the israelites, chosen people of Q.

                more like "humans superpower 2230"
but in all seriousness, humans represent "neurotypicals" and every race represents one aspect of humanity taken just a little bit out of balance to the detriment of the others. WHich means we are not great at any one thing but we are balanced. This is not an old concept, picrel.
