the one with jfk's remains were them doing a dry run for jfk's forensic autopsy and iirc it was some random corpse
the one with the evidence in a museum display was the one about the serial killer running a secret shadow government using intelligence files he took from j edgar hoover

I remember watching just because Bones was cute and i liked david boreanaz.
It was supposed to be a cute/funny murder of the week show. It reminded me a little of those old 80's shows about couples solving cases.
Writers just went fricking Crazy in the Chase of ratings, not even CSI writers were in this much fricking drugs. Shit was bananas.
The two leads were fun to watch for an hour.
It fit right in rotation with Burn Notice, Psych, The Mentalist and Monk. It's hard to explain what makes good tv other than buzzwords, like "comfy" or "fun" but that's what it was. Don't try to examine it on a deep artistic or narrative level.
Remington Steele and Moonlighting.

i only remember one episode. they got a new colleague or something and out of nowhere they asked him about islam and he answered all their questions. it felt like a lecture
