Wow I forgot about that
The anime mask ones where they had a pair of japanese investigators in and spent the episode figuring out of the trap was male or female was good.
>undercover at a carnival >booth and brennan do a knife throwing routine >her excitement keeps growing and she starts goading him to throw it closer to her head and between her legs
>first episodes Dr Brennan >a bit rough on the edges and with a bit of 'I don't care about your opionion' but absolutely functional adult >later episodes Dr Brennan >"what do you mean I cannot piss in your mom's grave - I don't understand your modern day L.A. tribal traditions"
She got more autist with each season.
>tfw remembering all the moronic plot lines about anti-illuminati serial killers and 1337 haxxors >tfw remembering all the pointless relationship drama plots that went nowhere >tfw remembering how bones autism became steadily more cartoonish over the series >tfw remembering the years of lolsorandum interns to replace the sperg who turned into a cannibal >tfw remembering all the scenes where the characters stop to talk about Toyota for five minutes >tfw remembering the crossover episodes trying to promote floundering Fox shows >tfw remembering their was a whole arc where Booth's tumor makes him hallucinate Stewie Griffin >tfw remembering there's an episode that was literally just an hour-long plug for Avatar
why the frick did people like this show again?
>The episode where the Men In Black haul in JFK's remains to be tested and the team finds out the real killer was their boss and he hid the evidence in a museum display
the one with jfk's remains were them doing a dry run for jfk's forensic autopsy and iirc it was some random corpse
the one with the evidence in a museum display was the one about the serial killer running a secret shadow government using intelligence files he took from j edgar hoover
>the sperg who turned into a cannibal
Shit i forgot about that.
>why the frick did people like this show again?
I remember watching just because Bones was cute and i liked david boreanaz.
It was supposed to be a cute/funny murder of the week show. It reminded me a little of those old 80's shows about couples solving cases.
Writers just went fricking Crazy in the Chase of ratings, not even CSI writers were in this much fricking drugs. Shit was bananas.
The two leads were fun to watch for an hour.
It fit right in rotation with Burn Notice, Psych, The Mentalist and Monk. It's hard to explain what makes good tv other than buzzwords, like "comfy" or "fun" but that's what it was. Don't try to examine it on a deep artistic or narrative level.

Remington Steele and Moonlighting.
It got a little bit of those vibes.
i only remember one episode. they got a new colleague or something and out of nowhere they asked him about islam and he answered all their questions. it felt like a lecture
there was a lot of that kind of shit in this series. like a LOT.
a lot of mid 2000s tv was still stuck in that 'very special episode' mindset of the 80s and 90s
>great artist >amazing at facial reconstruction >created magical holodeck that can recreate crimes in crazy detail >dad is billy gibbons >still worst girl
Ah yes, the Holodeck used during the pilot. Then they go back to a traditional screen because a subpar powerpoint is orders of magnitudes cheaper to animate
she is second to only bones herself, I would fill each of them with so many babies crime would skyrocket as they would be too busy taking care of all of them to go to work.
damn I need to pick this back up
I binged like the first 7 seasons then took a break and never went back
it was the season where they finally bumped uglies at the end
Yeah but in the first episode Deschanel wears a low cut top in her apartment and it turns out she has massive hanging bazongas, which are sadly never ever on display again
For me it was the hacker murderer who left a computer virus in his victims bones so he could gain access to the CSI dept when they scanned em!
for me its the episode where they go to the pony play fetish ranch
Wow I forgot about that
The anime mask ones where they had a pair of japanese investigators in and spent the episode figuring out of the trap was male or female was good.
>Oh, well he didn't just run off and join a band of wild mustangs now, did he?
Did Angel whittle that revolver handle himself out of some drift logs he found in the dumpster?
I gave up when the nerdy lab rat turned out to be a cannibalistic serial killers apprentice just because he got logic bombed into it.
For me it’s Criminal Minds. Bones is second place. Bones is the most disgusting, funny/cute.
>tfw no autistic savant gf

Does Angel bone her?
He breeds her a couple of kids
She's dummy thicc in the final season

>5 season Bruce Willis detective television series
how hasn't a shred of this popped up in conversation, clips or reruns in all my life
The entire point of Bones is the Sexual tention between the 2 main characters.
i only remember one episode. they got a new colleague or something and out of nowhere they asked him about islam and he answered all their questions. it felt like a lecture

That image is transphobic
Reality has a transphobic bias.
>it's a bones and booth go undercover episode
90% of this show was just the creative team indulging in their gore fetish
>great artist

The black boss gives me a bad case of jungle fever.
Such an underrated show

9-11 is deranged too
Yeah but in the first episode Deschanel wears a low cut top in her apartment and it turns out she has massive hanging bazongas, which are sadly never ever on display again
proofs?
>yfw you remember the Bones/Sleepy Hollow crossover
