They wrapped production on the movie months ago.
It's definitely bizarre. Even Puss in Boots the Last Wish had it's first trailer eight or nine months before release and released two more trailers over that period of time. This is looking more like how they marketed Rudy Gillman.
I smell a flop coming... Just like Ruby Gillman
I mean, it's kung fu Panda so it probably wont flop as hard as Gillman. But the marketing strategies do seem pretty similar.

There were barely any leaks. I only remember the scene with Po eating with his three dads and the fox, and other scene with Po and the fox on a boat. And the story leaks about the chameleon bad guy. Was there anything else?
Two unfinished trailers and a short animation test with Zhen but that's about it. The scene where they're eating isn't really spoilerly but it is supposedly the last thing they show in the movie
