That's good, it shouldn't be left up to the customer's discretion to decide the amount to be tipped. People go to restaurants to enjoy themselves, not do mental calculations

I've always hoped for a remake of this movie, but entirely with all popular actors, such as Seth Rogan, Adam Sandler and Ben Stillar. But the beginning tipping scene is reversed.

i just default to "no" and dont tip anymore because of this shit. they got me the first couple of times because it was so bold and in your face but after thinking about it its just an automatic now, like waving away hobos coming up to beg for change

There is no inconsistency. They are unable to consent to adult behaviors, and are also punished for breaking laws. They have more mental ability to discern right and wrong, and thus their responsibility to obey laws, but they are still too young to make adult choices. Your ten-year-old son is smarter than a baby so you would discipline him if he pissed on the floor, right? But would you do the same thing to a baby?

It's only 2/3 of an imitation and it would only be prosecutable if it was presented as legal tender. Presumably the actual bill was paid with real money, the extra left as a thanks was not

They roll gratuity into the bill and STILL expect you to tip. Pizza places expect tips despite you picking the pizza up yourself. It's fricking ridiculous.
