There are moments where Babs' front buck tooth is perfectly in line with the rest of her teeth, and its jarring as frick because it looks like she is actually missing her buck tooth. This would have never happened on the old show.

It's only in the last five years that I learned anything significant. It really helps to watch others draw. Also, knowin that readin don't equal practice. I'd read and re-read only to make no progress. It's like readin about the correct form for liftin weights but without actually workin out.
I can draw way faster than I used to cause now my method's consistent. I usually start with a stick figure, then a rectangular box for a body, and then the legs, head, then the arms last. Even for cartoons, it makes determinin the precise angle I want for a head tilt and so on way easier. Right now I'm doin studies from episodes animated by TMS. From there, I might start to shift into my own way a drawin the characters, which will happen naturally.

The Loony Tunes Show made it work by having her recall being a spy for the Allied forces during World War 2. When she was younger, she was quite the badass and you could argue that by virtue of still being that person, she is still badass.
Having her say "pwned" or "haters gonna hate" while doing Matrix kung fu moves comes off as moronic and forced.
It's also particularly lazy with this franchise because Granny could always hold her own like any Looney Tunes. She shot Yosemite Sam in the face! The other Tunes reacting with surprise at her Generic "Old Lady's A Badass" Joke in Space Jam 2 is as devoid of soul as you can write those antics, if anything they'd be unphased by it.

ep 4 is a definite highlight. Humor's actually present, all the plots are fun, and the new dynamics really work in their favor. Also has Shirley mooning Hampton for half the episode.

The only thing they're not gonna do is headline a short like they did back in 1993. If you didn't notice, the show doesn't do designated shorts like Tiny Toons Adventures did.
They're 18 and in college but design wise they barely changed at all so now it's like the writers are doing that "No she's actually a 1000 year old dragon!" excuse pedophiles use. It's even more jarring because the original Looney Tunes are also present in the show.
Even the original seemed to lose sight of the joke that Elmyra was Elmer Fudd's counterpart where she loves animals instead of hates them yet is much more harmful to them then he is.
The season isn't only 10 episodes. I'm not sure what the release strategy is but there is more than double the amount of episodes. The remainder are pretty close to being finished too, they're getting retakes back atm. Including double-length Halloween and Christmas eps, I think these might be released seasonally this year.

Out of curiosity, I was comparing the early version of that one episode with the final one. There's a lot of shots that are shortened for timing/pacing reasons, gags that got cut, placeholder audio that got replaced. Some parts had minor animation changes.
The leak had a scene where Buster wipes his finger on a random kid's face to get rid of some dust. In the final episode, he just shakes his hand in the air.

At this point I think in the case of the shows it depends on the studios animating the episodes, like how Babs had a bust in some episodes of the og show and nothing in others (most notably those animated by the "lower"-quality ones).

It's only in the last five years that I learned anything significant. It really helps to watch others draw. Also, knowin that readin don't equal practice. I'd read and re-read only to make no progress. It's like readin about the correct form for liftin weights but without actually workin out.
I can draw way faster than I used to cause now my method's consistent. I usually start with a stick figure, then a rectangular box for a body, and then the legs, head, then the arms last. Even for cartoons, it makes determinin the precise angle I want for a head tilt and so on way easier. Right now I'm doin studies from episodes animated by TMS. From there, I might start to shift into my own way a drawin the characters, which will happen naturally.
I'd love to see a webm of you drawing sometime, if you can manage. Preferably characters like these as I like this type of stuff.

My expectations were low with that redesign in the first place, her voice is the cherry on top.

And unlike the original Plucky who was just ambitious, this Plucky is actually very talented and smart if only he wasn't sucking his own dick all the time. The season isn't only 10 episodes. I'm not sure what the release strategy is but there is more than double the amount of episodes. The remainder are pretty close to being finished too, they're getting retakes back atm. Including double-length Halloween and Christmas eps, I think these might be released seasonally this year.

Out of curiosity, I was comparing the early version of that one episode with the final one. There's a lot of shots that are shortened for timing/pacing reasons, gags that got cut, placeholder audio that got replaced. Some parts had minor animation changes.
The leak had a scene where Buster wipes his finger on a random kid's face to get rid of some dust. In the final episode, he just shakes his hand in the air.
The gross shot with Dizzy's toenail was removed.
