It's complicated. Some Marvel concepts such as Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D exist in the series but superheroes seem to be entirely fictional since the Thing and the Hulk are both heavily implied to be fictional characters here. And obviously no superheroes ever appear in the series.

Eternals is lowkey arguably one of the most damaging movies to adapting a lot of Marvel's cosmology but you have to be a turbo-autist to know why.
In the movies they're "aliens" even though in the first movie asgard was literally in another dimension and not in space, in the comics they are legit magical beings from another dimension
