NYC has one of the most diverse culinary food scenes in the entire world. same with LA and San Fran. I would never order pasta or pizza if i was in Japan. not saying they dont have it, but it's low quality.

Japan doesnt have a stand-up comedy culture, it has a manzai culture, which you largely have to be japanese to enjoy. It's very formulaic too. Boke, Tsukommi for example.
