this is why i hate the modern batfamily literally every aspect of the characters get melted down so the writers can artificially graft them to Batman.
"Bi" is what they have to settle for when they REALLY want to make a character gay for 'representation' but can't because they've canonically been in heterosexual relationships before.
Best example from outside of Cinemaphile is Rosa from Brooklyn 99. She dates some guys, comes out as bisexual and dates a women, but then after that relationship ends she exclusively shows interest in women for the rest of the series.
Zealot needs this book to be well written because Rosenberg's WildC.A.T.s was utter shit. How is it that Waller vs Wildstorm is incorporating Wildstorm lore better than his book?!
Is Thompson really worse than Rosenberg?? I just want WIldstorm characters that aren't depict as caricatures of their former selves when DC tries to incorporate them into the DCU.
Wildstorm has never been my area of expertise, but im guessing orsenberg wrote them really badly?

It was basically a Grifter book with small splashes of the Wildstorm wikia. Characters like Majestic, Backlash, Cray, Spartan were written as exchangeable props. Just as bad as the Nu52 Team 7 book with non-fat Waller, Slade, and Black Canary II married to CW Kurt Lance...

Sounds like putting them in dc is a bad idea
Why are the only women who want Batman's dick either psychopaths, crooks or underage?
Outside of the one issue by another writer the cass stuff tied to bruce was explicitly compared to her dad as her surrogoate dad.
[...]
It's because she's autistic that people think she'd do it not knowing of the consequences.
Anon got it mixed up, it was mad dog. One of cain's prototypes before Cass. It's actually kinda weird that no one makes any use that there's like 3 people with Cain's training program(Cass' half sister Marque, Mad Dog, Criket the child prodigy who beat Cass while not even fighting seriously) and a slew of other girls Cain trained...but they'd all probably just show up to job.
Last issue of her solo series( which is apparently straight canon again ). She was saved by the Lazarus pit
Also some people are theorizing the ghost Steph she saw when she died is going to be the fox spirit they go to meet in disguise, since the fox says he’s met her before
>Fox tricks Cass into joining him for a hotspring bath in Steph's form. >Once she relaxs he gets more and more touchy with her until Cass is wrapped around his fingers literally.
Is that a plot hole? I feel like saying it was just her own sub conscious representation and not literal Ghost Steph put a lid on it fairly well enough. It was only made a hole retroactively anyways.
The thing is, “Steph” was showing Cass true things she wouldn’t have any way of knowing, even subconsciously, like the destruction of Bludhaven. And she was basically telling her to give up.
Yeah, but again. It was only a plot hole after the fact. You can't really blame the book for that shit. It's silly but only in hindsight when the retcons came in by other authors. You just kind of sort of have to accept it as just that.
I still find it kind of amusing that Cinemaphile portrays Cass as this really horny pansexual bawd who fricks her way across the DC Universe. Where in the comics, she is very quiet and reserved, possibly autistic and has only really shown romantic attraction to Kon and Steph.
>Chinese heaven was cool. What was white person heaven like? >Steph has a flashback of Jesus chowing down on a Big Mac while shooting an AR-15 in the air >...About the same.
>Fraulein Braun! Willkommen im deutschen Himmel! Bitte genießen Sie Ihren kostenlosen großen, jungen arischen bauern und bier, das Sie nicht an Gewicht zunehmen lässt.
I suppose they were going for cute monster with Steph, but they crossed the line into moron monster territory.

Weird that she was even the one to Bat out. Could actually be something to mine there thematically with Cass’ feelings of being a monster if it had been her, whereas with Steph it’s just kinda the new random misadventure of the week.
Really kind of unfortunate this series never lets Cass be the one in a vulnerable position, and Steph the one trying to sort it out. The one time that happens, when Cass lets herself get drugged like a moron, she’s conveniently saved by the bell when her and Steph switch bodies back.
Very one-sided dynamic. Even Cass’ solo let Steph step up and bail her out every once in a while.

Just a waste. The issue with Arthur and Stephanie was solid, but it throws away the whole premise of having the girls walk a mile in each other’s shoes by having Steph navigate things with Shiva… and then also navigate her own family woes. But maybe I just wanna see Cass punch her way out of more puzzle situations.

The issue is that the book just slots cass and steph into generic roles and that's it

Oh hey that's one of mine. Well cass is foward, but its not like she's a super romantic person.
That didn't stop him with Barbs.
That's explcitly comparing him to her dad. As that run did pretty heavily down to drawing the same interaction with both, and having him act like a dad with a shotgun.

You know, even if they never end up back together I actually do like these two being dorky best friends.
I love JLE, but it sucked that Cass's greatest feat in that series happened off-screen, especially since she was pretty much just a spectator after that.
>Steph? Why are you here-oh no..did you? >Oh Cass, ...I just, without you I slipped up..I couldn't take on the guys I was fighting..it just went cold and dark.. >Steph..I'm sorry...I should've..protected you... I promised- >Don't worry Cass, I don't blame you. I'm just happy we can be together again..even if it's just for now >I..I'll save you again! I promise! No matter what, won't lose you! >You're always so sweet Cass..mm, maybe there is a way you can help though... >Please..tell me.. >You're still alive in this world..I heard spirits saying that if they drank the living juices of an outsider, it can help..even revive the freshly dead.. >Blood. You need blood. >The black haired girl instinctively reaches for her back zipper, and undoes it to she can bare her shoulder. using her batarang, she cuts into her skin >Please. Drink it. As much as you need" she whimpers >Thank you so much Cass...If this works, I'm so treating you to noods for a month >The girl pats her blonde partner on the head as she drinks, slurping at the blood noisily, her teeth lightly gripping at her skin... >Cass' nose twitches...something strange..Steph's scent is different, not the fruity, flowery scent she usually had, but smokey..but perhaps being dead had changed her, she reasoned. >Oh my, girl..mm, this is delicious...what a magnificent taste... I might swear you're a virgin... >Are you..ok?You're..really hungry I know...you can drink as much as you want..you're just..saying strange things >Ah- y-yeah Cass! I guess I got kinda crazy..but hey...I don't need to just drink your blood you know... >What..what do you mean? >Weeell..I mean you do need some blood too...there are..other juices I could drink. Ones that you don't have to cut a new scar to give me... >Sweat!? N-not pee right? >Ha! No, something I think you might really enjoy... >Steph? Why are you.. >The blonde's eyes glow, Cass doesn't notice as she buries her face in Cass' crotch and tears at the costume...
So what do we make of the fact that Xanthe has a sister named Stephie who was wearing purple and was her anchor to the living world through her love?
It does seem to sort of line up with the "They're Sisters :]" thing they sometimes do with Steph and Cass, but also kind of seems like if they're going for "Fox spirit was steph" thing they might imply something else considering he does seem to have a harem
Well most of Batgirls was the writers playing a game of gay chicken over the Steph/Cass ship with the editors.
Batgirls has this weird dichotomy where Steph gets more character time but ended up being a victim alot and Cass gets more action scenes and notable moments but hasn't really developed much. But it does make me wonder where they can go with Cass.

she was mute for all of a year..she's been able to talk since 2000.
You might be getting confused by her Young Justice animated version, who was mute because her vocal cords got ripped out
She talks plenty often, just not very much at once.
You're lucky to get her to string 4 words together.
There's nothing stopping her from speaking, she just doesn't have many words, and is used to communicating other ways if she needs to.
afterlife ethno states are the way to go. I guess Cass' white part went to Heaven.
I remember in like an Atom Comic or something, Atom meets Abin Sur in the afterlife and they said how since he died on earth, he basically opened up a little plot of land on earth's afterlife for his species version of the afterlife when he died but because he was the only Ungaran to die on earth he spent his afterlife alone
I mean they've kinda always been. Cass basically had no interest in a normal life outside of being Batgirl and no sense of picking up after herself. It's only balanced out by the fact that she takes hour long showers. Steph's answer to life is to punch things harder. Both of them have had instances where it's shown they don't even wash their costumes. Being two NEETS surviving off cup noodles is pretty much where they were heading to.
>Being two NEETS surviving off cup noodles is pretty much where they were heading to.
Steph at least had some prospects back when between eventually getting her degree and having Batman Inc. footing her crimefighting bills. Cass… yeah, not much of a fall from grace there.
Tim leaving her to ride Bernard wouldn't hurt as bad if it wasn't as serious as it was Pre-Flashpoint, but as is, she ditched college to go on a roadtrip with Tim only for him to literally and figuratively turn into a sailor.
Also have no idea what the frick Conrad and Cloonan were on when they thought they were writing 14-16 year olds. They never go to school or are shown studying, so it just makes Babs seem incredibly neglectful if they aren't at least college age and chose not to study

Lord. Is it that difficult to do the very most bare minimum amount of homework? Not even reading the old stuff, but reading what literally *just* happened before you came on.
Anonymous
It's less about doing homework and more about writers and editors wanting to keep Babs a certain age because they're really proud of Burnside.
When Cass was introduced, she was basically considered an adult, a few months older than Jason would've been. They gradually sort of walked it back unspokenly to make her closer to Tim and Steph's age, then post New 52 she seems even younger.
I think editorial is super fixated on keeping Dick and Babs in their early 20's and still fresh out of college , so having college aged Batgirls makes the mentor role they want from Babs not work as well.. even though it shouldn't be the end of the world if Babs is 29-31.

That whole explanation is weird to me considering basically the first thing that happened once Tynion took the helm was Babs’ book suddenly suggesting she was somewhere between 28-35, and this book came about from his status quo and direction. Seems a lot more like the creative team just not doing due diligence rather than some kind of mandate.

I don't think they told the editors how old they're writing them, but moreover I think editorial themselves liked the idea of keeping them young.
They all have daddy issues of some kind, but with their own dads. with Batman they mostly want good girl headpats(Huntress included) but Cass comes closest to having daddy issues with Batman
>Imagine if the outfit ripped wide open while she was fighting some thugs.
That's exactly what happened lmao, the costume was getting ripped to shreds which is why she had to replace it
I like to think it was because Steph's measurements strained the fabric to it's breaking point, but the costume was like tissue paper when Cass wore it, too.
ok but you know, biceps bigger than (still fairly full) breasts is a flex in and of itself. Steph is a twig with boobs and butt(and they have been giving her some nice, full hips lately..)

Barbara gaining weight as Oracle from eating greasy food is hot. Guess she'll have to work it off.
>costume basically in tatters by the end of issue 3 >Steph’s conveniently forgotten how to sew
Funny to imagine how she would’ve dealt with that if Babs hadn’t come around. Can always swap out the cowl for the Spoiler mask, but the rest… lotta duct tape maybe.
As of Robins (2021)’s latest telling of the whole thing, it seemed like they were trying to retcon it into a more charitable version of events where Steph disregarding orders actually saved Bruce’s life (which did not happen at all in the original story), but in doing so demonstrated she valued her own safety less than his, and that she had too much of an obsession with proving herself. So basically she didn’t frick up anymore, but it was always gonna be a lose-lose situation where even if she made the right call Bruce would get cold feet because MUH JASON TRAUMA and all that.
She was the first kid Batman ever worked with early in his career, probably year one. She helped him take down the criminal She had been working with, but she killed him when he threatened to expose Bruce. Batman yelled at her and she threw herself into a fire.
Batman thought she died, but she didn't and came back for revenge on Batman and the real Robins that came after her.

It also makes Bruce look even more irresponsible. The idea that he took on another Robin after Jason already beggars belief. Adding this Jenny retcon makes him training Dick look really bad too. The five of them do agree broadly that being Robin is a bad thing.

Not yet. Wouldn’t be surprised if DC just pretends she never happened, but you never know.
I was kinda surprised Stephanie wasn’t the one to get kidnapped in that book, what with her and Jenny both being the female “failed Robins” with supercriminal guardians; lots more for them to talk about than Jenny and Tim.

Yeah, Steph or maybe Dick since he was right after her and arguably most took "her" spot.
She seemed to feel regret about what happened and them Jason saved her. I was pretty annoyed her and Bruce didn't have a follow-up conversation.

I suppose with Steph it wouldn’t be a great look to take her off the team when her status as a Robin is still contested. Then with Dick, if you make Jenny too autistically obsessed with getting revenge on her “replacement” specifically, then the Jason fans are gonna get territorial.

>Not yet. Wouldn’t be surprised if DC just pretends she never happened, but you never know.
The whole book is dubious canon. It was probably planned around status quo from like 2020, but it didn't come out until 2021, everyone's wearing costumes from no particular era. It was also when DC was leaning over categorizing steph as a Robin, where as AD(after Didio) they seemed to slot her into the Batgirl mantle again..and after Batgirls I wouldn't be surprised if steph quietly goes back to being called Spoiler and considered more a Robin legacy.

>It was also when DC was leaning over categorizing steph as a Robin, where as AD(after Didio) they seemed to slot her into the Batgirl mantle again
Tim’s new book at least acknowledged her as a Robin during that issue where he fights all the mimic versions of them. Granted he also claimed in that issue that despite having been a Robin, she was never trained by Batman, only the other two Batgirls. Which is… just not true at all, in either continuity.
>Steph disregarding orders actually saved Bruce’s life (which did not happen at all in the original story)
That's not a retcon, that's the canon. Detective Comics #796. Bruce was being killed by Zsasz. Steph used a dangerous move against Zsasz in Bruce's defense.
Mind you, Steph had only scrounged out a fraction of the standard training, when Bruce intentionally set her up to fail as Robin. If she'd had more extensive training, then maybe she wouldn't need to resort to a desperate move. It literally is Bruce unfairly projecting "muh Jason trauma".
I think in terms of the Robin mini they were talking about the Scarab incident and not Zsasz, but I get why there'd be some confusion.
When reading Steph's Robin issues I always thought it was weird that both this Detective issue and her last Robin issue have basically the same conclusion. granted with Tec she's not exactly fired, but it has her disobeying orders. Which makes me wonder if both writers had a general direction to write a "Steph gets fired" story; or maybe they just wanted to hammer in Steph being wrong for the job by having her have bad ends where she screws up in her Robin stories, unfortunately.
I do wonder if they regretted anything when it seemed she was pretty popular in the role. I don't think that'd stop Damian from getting made when Morrison came onboard, but I think in hindsight maybe it would've been better if Tim did stay retired here and Steph kept the seat warm until Damian and went onto Batgirl or back to Spoiler.(since Batgirl was her apology for dying from editorial)

It's my understanding that Steph being Robin was always a red herring. She was always supposed to die in War Games. That was the plan from the get go, so she was never going to be Robin long.
Anonymous
True, but sales do tend to make such things be reconsidered, and Steph’s debut did bring a boost. If it wasn’t a red herring so heavily tied into the next big storyline that they’d probably already invested time and resources into, she might’ve had a shot.

I know she was a red herring, but Damian was also intended to die at the end of Morrison's run and they changed their minds after a while. Sometimes things can change.
Tim's sales pretty much dropped after the initial OYL boost and outside of the initial OYL issue and a crossover issue or two they never really hit the numbers Steph's 3 issues did. Not by a huge amount (40-49,000 vs ~32,000 average) but still notable. Granted female led books tend to have an uphill battle in the long run so I'm not sure it'd do better, but I'm not sure it'd do worse.

I imagine in this scenario they’d eventually relaunch from #1 after the water had been tested, so she’d at least coast off that additional boost for a while. No real telling what a Steph Robin book would look like and how much momentum it would maintain though. Her Robin was very codependent in ways that Tim’s wasn’t, so while he could have a solo (effectively with his own sidekick), it’s hard to see that for her when she works so much better with Bruce or Cass.

Taking Morrison's claim at face value means that DC let their most popular writer, writing the flagship title of their most popular character, introduce a new bearer of one of their A-list mantles, directly related to their most popular character and two of his most popular villains, keep him in that position for half of a decade, and were okay with permanently killing off the character at the end of it all. Morrison was a 20 year vet of DC at that point, he knew exactly how the business worked and if killing Damian off was part of the plan from the beginning then it realistically got removed at the beginning as well. About the only scenario where killing off Damian would be a reasonable outcome is a plan B if readers hated him. Keep in mind that Grant has also been a salty b***h ever since Flashpoint happened.

But he wasnt intended to be robin? Damian only became robin much later into the run. The point is that morrison intended to kill him in his debut story, before he was officially robin as a warning that not anyone could be robin.

>CA: I know at one point you'd intended Damian to die – how much of what we're seeing now is what you originally envisioned for the overarching Batman story, and how much of it has evolved in the process of writing?
>GM: Well, one of the first ideas I had was "Batman R.I.P." when I got the "Batman" job back in 2005... all that stuff was there to begin with, the whole Dr. Hurt plotline and Black Glove plotline were there. And as it progressed, as with most of these things, when you get into the work and you start to understand the things that you're doing, it takes on a life of its own and starts to expand. There are certain things that seem to make sense at the time like making Damian a little bastard and killing him off, but then everyone felt sorry for him. And suddenly [killing him] didn't seem like such a great idea, because he was potentially such a great character, and I'm glad I didn't
The Robins issue specifically states she saved his life while fighting Scarab, while also using an image of an aerial fight that doesn’t really match up with either of their two indoor fights with her. Seems like a plain ole retcon.
The Zsasz thing does present another issue though, since it’s hard to believe *that* wouldn’t have been her first mission gauntlet, and based on the whole “I’m not firing you, I’m teaching you” exchange at the end, she passed.

Digimon was a virtual pet like tamagotchi. The newest Digimon toy is a exercise watch where how much you exercise your Digimon will evolve differently. Yesterday they announced a Batman version. I'm asking if people here will buy it if Cass is on the roster.
It seems cool but I probably wouldn't have the time or care to deal with it. If they even have batfam characters it'd probably just be the usual TNBA line up of Batman, Babsgirl Nightwing, and a nondescript kid Robin who's basically Damian and Red Hood.
They have 9 slots to fill, and we know Joker and Harley Quinn won't be on it since they are on a separate DC Villains one. So I think the chances of her being in a decent enough.

Shit gets ridiculous sometimes. Here's a panel SPECIFICALLY pointing out her scars, as a story point, and the artist STILL either didn't bother or actively chose not to draw them for whatever reason.
Had a built-in excuse for only drawing them the one time too, since the whole point of the story was seeing Cass from her own perspective, which would justify them suddenly being super dramatically visible.
I think that artist only adds them in the coloring stage, because he has done them before. I think some artists get carried away by making every square inch of her scarred though.
Nice. You never see much scarred-up Steph art, despite how much abuse she’s taken. Really detailed too. Don’t have an encyclopedic knowledge of every beating she’s taken, but I definitely see Black Mask’s bullet mark, and I’m guessing the one on her head is when she got shot again in her solo.
As per Batgirls she should have a bullet wound scar in her chest.
Also for those whothought Cass should've have had the scars after the Lazarus pit dip, it is sort of evidence that the Lazarus pit doesn't quite heal all scars.

Wonder who the hidden final character will be for the Batman and Super Heroes Dims. They already spoiled Lex Luther is the hidden final stage for the Villains one because he is on the packaging.
So how would you relaunch it if you could? >Cass and Steph with Babs as Oracle. >Give steph her old cowl back, with lenses. pr at least give her hood a bat ears shape >go back to them being 19-20 years old >occasionally play on the "Bruce Wayne lost most of his money" thing so they need to occasionally pick up jobs for humor, probably keep getting fired >Mostly serious tone for superhero stuff, any quips and humor should come from Steph's snark or Cass' sarkasm or dry humor. >Play the contrast of Steph wanting to go to college eventually, maybe taking nursing classes with Cass just wanting to be Batgirl 24/7 >You can tease StephCass but keep it like Harley/Ivy was in the 2000's, subtle and often played for laughs/misunderstandings. The girls themselves should still have crushes on guys >Art that makes the girls look cute, doesn't have to be straight cheesecake but some cutesy cheesecake would be nice.
So long as neither of them are quite as b***hy as either of them.
Just pace it like an episode of Sailor Moon, 12 minutes SoL, 12 minutes suited up.
As the one who wrote the greentext my idea was cribbed from Mihoshi and Kiyone taking oddjobs in Tenchi Universe >The girls get a job at a fast food place, but Cass just intimidates people ordering by just staring and waiting for them to order and saying nothing; or eating the burgers >Get a job a laundry service but Steph kinda sucks at folding clothes properly and the final straw is when a bunch of clothes they had to deliver get torn up when they end up taking it with them into a battle >Get jobs as secretaries but Cass is too slow to type and constantly misspells when she doesn't just put emojis or emoticons for certain words >Get jobs as kid's party entertainment, Cass actually does well as a mime but Steph's clown outfit just has a bunch of rowdy boys "honking" her makes her flip out. >Get a job as delivery drivers but end up taking constant detours to fight crime+ Cass eats part of the food every time >Become bartenders, Cass surprisingly exceeds at it but Steph ends up skimming shots after a long week and keeps messing up drinks
And of course an issue where Bruce or Babs has them go undercover as henches and the pay is like three times better than any of those.

Yeah I don't know how these old-money dudes operate. Dress up as a bat, dress up as a penguin, dress up as an eraser, I at least have the excuse of being broke and bored and got daddy issues. >We got paychecks. Look. >HOLY- Cass! look at these zeroes! this hench-wench shit really pays off! >And medical. No more rubbing dirt in my wounds to heal. >Oh hello Rubber and White Out! How are you liking the job? >Oh, it's great, boss! I love getting illegal money! >Ah, illegal? I actually fund my criminal operations through legal means. Keep up the good work! i'll see you all next time. >.... >Uh, you thinkin' what I'm thinkin'? >hmm. I have no-kill code. Not a "don't do crime" code... >I mean if we can do this for two or three nights a week? we just gotta keep this dork from hurting anyone OR getting arrested himself and we're golden.I mean 30 freakin' grand? >That's a lot of noods. >And we don't even need to be nude! Mostly...
Long story short, with Didio gone , Cass has had more appearances as Batgirl these last two years, and these last few weeks Cass has been getting featured in the DC comics/Batman twitter posts. Sometimes it's just in compilations with other characters(like father's day), but last week they also did a spotlight video on her with her Birds of Prey slot reveal.
It's stupid. He met her when she was like 17 and Oracle was the main parent figure in her solo book.
The adoption was a hail mary throw by the worst writer Cass has ever had trying to stop the constant death threats he was getting after his character assassination trying to turn her into Tim's sex-crazed Talia meets Lady Shiva type villain.
>”and a lesbian now”
Not for long
Bruce is her father figure, don't make it weird
More like her daddy figure.
That didn't stop him with Barbs.
>That didn't stop him with Barbs.
That already shows how much of a mistake it would be learn from it and don't repeat it. Let Bruce Timm's degeneracy stay dead
Bruce was never a father figure for Babs. Jim Gordon is still alive, dude.
It's obvious that Cass feels intensely about Batman, and due to her unique wiring she is prone to freudian slips.
You're asking the wrong website to not make it weird, anon.
>father figure to a grown woman who alreay has a dad
this is why i hate the modern batfamily literally every aspect of the characters get melted down so the writers can artificially graft them to Batman.
>father figure to a grown woman who already has a dad
There is nothing wrong with that though.
But it was her creator that did that. And cass is both a bit stunted and was like 16 when she met bruce.
That's the best part.
Batman and Cass are for hugs only
You mean FUG.
Do you think Cass would actually frick Bruce if she had the chance? Think she fantasizes about it?
I don't think Cass would kick Bruce out of bed for eating crackers.
That's so cute. Why won't Bruce give Cass what she wants?
At most they'll make her bi. Besides. Poison Ivy already took DC's "We're progressive, honest" slot this year.
Bi is just a fancy term for gay.
Meanwhile gays and lesbians call us "Spicy Hets". Can never win.
This woman is pretty.
Why should we give a crap about currying favour with those deplorable people. Their acceptance would mean that we are pure scum.
>Their acceptance would mean that we are pure scum.
>pure scum
Hey, be nice to pansexuals. bawds have rights
>bawds have rights
Just ask Kon and Cass.
Kon is definitely a manprostitute.
Cass has urges but cannot bawd even if her life depended on it.
>There is nothing Cass wants to do more than go to the highest perch in Gotham, strip naked and get off.
That is why they're perfect for each other. Eternally wienerblocked.
It's basically just Diet Gay at this point.
Sometimes it is used for characters that are mostly straight but hit on the same sex occasionally, never actually being in a relationship with one.
"now"
>now
If you were on the birds of prey, you munch carpet.
>If you were on the birds of prey, you munch carpet.
Thank you, Kelly Thompson, for explaining your new line-up.
Yep. Carpets and gang bangs.
Zealot needs this book to be well written because Rosenberg's WildC.A.T.s was utter shit. How is it that Waller vs Wildstorm is incorporating Wildstorm lore better than his book?!
>Zealot needs this book to be well written
oh dear...
Outside of the one issue by another writer the cass stuff tied to bruce was explicitly compared to her dad as her surrogoate dad.
Cass did take a train once to smallvile and all
Why do they have such shitty luck?
>guessing Rosenberg wrote them really badly?
It was Task Force Z but replace Jason with Grifter and the dead Bat-Villains with Wildstorm characters
Big Barda is possibly the most heterosexual female character DC has.
Is Barda and Miracle's son still canon?
Married to a man, autistic, married to a man, literally who, defined by her obsession with a man (and rebound with a woman, I guess, so bi?).
who tops
Barbara obviously
How many issues til Xanthe and Cass are eating each other out?
>writer's self-insert gets eaten out by her waifu
I couldn't even be mad. Might even be based.
Nah, Cass is for Tim and Steph
>Cass fricks Kon
>Cass fricks steph
>steph fricks Tim
>kon fricks Tim
Is this the way to go?
Gross
Considering her ability to read body language, Cass would probably be a master at getting people off. Whether they have a wiener or pussy.
All the soft noises and subtle facial expressions would allow her to find the perfect way to give her partner the most intense orgasm of their life.
My guess is when she was stabbed by Wild Dog at the end of her og run and Shiva had to put her in the Lazarus pit. Remember, everything is canon now.
>killed by fricking Wild Dog
The frick?
Did Max Allan Collins sign off on this?
Anon got it mixed up, it was mad dog. One of cain's prototypes before Cass. It's actually kinda weird that no one makes any use that there's like 3 people with Cain's training program(Cass' half sister Marque, Mad Dog, Criket the child prodigy who beat Cass while not even fighting seriously) and a slew of other girls Cain trained...but they'd all probably just show up to job.
Mad Dog has a random appearance in Batman Inc. as a background jobber I believe.
It wasn't a background he was part of the assualt Batman Inc had on the League where every member showed up to get owned.
He also appeared in the Supergirl issue where Cass faces Kara. The latter owns him and another sent to kill her.
Cricket never got any explanation for his skills, the notion that he was the subject of Cain's program is an idea from these threads.
>everything is canon now.
>Stephanie was dead, and alive in Africa, and a fox spirit, all at the same time.
A fox spirit
Can we choose to ignore canon and I don't want to acknowledge Deathstroke giving Cass the jab.
Last issue of her solo series( which is apparently straight canon again ). She was saved by the Lazarus pit
Also some people are theorizing the ghost Steph she saw when she died is going to be the fox spirit they go to meet in disguise, since the fox says he’s met her before
>that's right Cass: it was me, foxboy, all along
This is now my favorite pic of StephCass
There's a lewder version.
I'll do you one better
https://files.catbox.moe/3zntfu.jpg
Those are some Chun-Li gams on Cass
She should have it.
Not the biggest fan of Benes, but I like this one, they have a lot of personality and even the body types are different!
Love how fred draws cass...but damm he's pircey.
Kino art.
Good booba on her.
>Fox tricks Cass into joining him for a hotspring bath in Steph's form.
>Once she relaxs he gets more and more touchy with her until Cass is wrapped around his fingers literally.
It will be really weird (in a good way) if they're tying up this plot hole after like 18 years.
There was also that voodoo kung fu hoodoo with Shiva early on.
The horny greentexts in these threads have a tendency to appear toned down in the actual comics, so I'm assuming twink fox guy did it with Cass.
I still find it kind of amusing that Cinemaphile portrays Cass as this really horny pansexual bawd who fricks her way across the DC Universe. Where in the comics, she is very quiet and reserved, possibly autistic and has only really shown romantic attraction to Kon and Steph.
>and Steph
denial
That's sweet
>Chinese heaven was cool. What was white person heaven like?
>Steph has a flashback of Jesus chowing down on a Big Mac while shooting an AR-15 in the air
>...About the same.
>Fraulein Braun! Willkommen im deutschen Himmel! Bitte genießen Sie Ihren kostenlosen großen, jungen arischen bauern und bier, das Sie nicht an Gewicht zunehmen lässt.
Seems like they're going out of their way to not really do much with it and being ambigious
It’s bait
I suppose they were going for cute monster with Steph, but they crossed the line into moron monster territory.
Too 80s
Steph should be more monstruous and gratuitously tearing Cass' costume apart.
Yes. I want a situation where monter!Steph gets more a more worked up as she tears parts of Cass' uniform, who is not sure if she will hurt her friend in her current state
ngl the idea of a defenseless Cass gets me going.
It's a good angle using her vulnerability or weaknesses(her relationship with steph) against her
Weird that she was even the one to Bat out.
That would imply the writers knowing more about the characters
Just a waste. The issue with Arthur and Stephanie was solid, but it throws away the whole premise of having the girls walk a mile in each other’s shoes by having Steph navigate things with Shiva… and then also navigate her own family woes. But maybe I just wanna see Cass punch her way out of more puzzle situations.
The issue is that the book just slots cass and steph into generic roles and that's it
They were getting better, but still not great.
Isn’t that every female hero character for Cinemaphile?
Yeah but Cass seems to get more of it for some reason. And I think I know who to blame.
Sauce? Reverse image search both on SauceNao and Google give nothing.
It's from Psu's patreon.
Does Psu have a place where they upload their non-Patreon blocked stuff?
They have a twitter where they upload their Cass stuff specifically: https://twitter.com/drawin_casscain
It's because she's autistic that people think she'd do it not knowing of the consequences.
New Cass thread?
And yeah in the gabyrch run and techincally the puckett run?
Oh hey that's one of mine. Well cass is foward, but its not like she's a super romantic person.
That's explcitly comparing him to her dad. As that run did pretty heavily down to drawing the same interaction with both, and having him act like a dad with a shotgun.
You know, even if they never end up back together I actually do like these two being dorky best friends.
One of the editors does know about it and commented about the pairing once, but id kill for them just to interact again.
Cass and Tim are adopted siblings so never vibes.
They are different kinds of that.
And Duke
And Coldcast.
Funny thing it was setup by the same writer that introduced casskon.
Nah hard disagree, will continue commissioning stuff.
I love JLE, but it sucked that Cass's greatest feat in that series happened off-screen, especially since she was pretty much just a spectator after that.
Cass does kill animals.
A b***h needs to eat
A bat
JLE had a lot of characters
Underrated book
Kon/Cass is a garbage fricking ship and anyone who likes it should kill themselves. Cass should have NO relationships at all.
>Cass should have NO relationships at all.
It feels like anyone who ships Cass with male characters is self-inserting in some degree.
have a nice day, yurigay
I mean I can’t speak for everyone but i sure as shit am self inserting
I don't see why. That's really putting her on some sort of pedestal. Cass is a fun character, but she's hardly some dream girl.
>and steph
Humbly requesting for someone to write a greentext where foxbawd has sex with Cass in the form of ghost!Steph.
>Steph? Why are you here-oh no..did you?
>Oh Cass, ...I just, without you I slipped up..I couldn't take on the guys I was fighting..it just went cold and dark..
>Steph..I'm sorry...I should've..protected you... I promised-
>Don't worry Cass, I don't blame you. I'm just happy we can be together again..even if it's just for now
>I..I'll save you again!
>The black haired girl instinctively reaches for her back zipper, and undoes it to she can bare her shoulder. using her batarang, she cuts into her skin
>Please. Drink it. As much as you need" she whimpers
>Thank you so much Cass...If this works, I'm so treating you to noods for a month
>The girl pats her blonde partner on the head as she drinks, slurping at the blood noisily, her teeth lightly gripping at her skin...
>Are you..ok?You're..really hungry I know...you can drink as much as you want..you're just..saying strange things
>Ah- y-yeah Cass!
Very hot.
Surely he can use all those tails in interesting ways.
It's weird that this book where Cass is the b-plot has had more development for her in two issues than in the entirety of Batgirls.
>Why so nervous, little bat?
>Get away. Not playing games. Just need..information
>So serious..so moody..it's cute-you have such a pretty smile too
>hm! Stop smoking in my face...
>Ah,I know..you just need to see..someone who can make you smile!
>Don't you DARE. Not her. Stop. stop smoking!
>Come on, Cass!? Didn't you miss me? I missed you! It's been so lonely...I'd say quiet, but heh, you're ALWAYS quiet
>Get AWAY!
>Aw..come on, doncha wanna give me a hug at least?
>..mmm..
>See you look more relaxed already, batghoul...come on, let me take care of you..
>not...her...
>But of course I'm Steph! See- isn't my hair gold and fluffy? You love that, don't you? like Sunshine
>it..is nice..pretty..gold..
>here--get closer, smell it..touch it..you've always wanted too, haven't you?
>It's..so soft..so nice..
>And I have so much, babe! you can feel it all over your skin, if you want..Why don't we take this silly outfit you, you can feel my silky hair all over your tired body...Look at you, you look so tired..so aching for relief...
>Steph..oh Steph..you have..tails...
>Ha, come one Cass, I've always had tails! Maybe you've been losing your mind out there in ghost town..come on, you can touch them if you want..
>Yes..please Steph..all over me.. I'm getting... hot...
>Here..let me cool you off with my tongue...it's what good friends do, look after each other right?
>You're my BEST friend...
>And best friends can..touch? squeeze?
>Yes..for you..anything, Steph...
>My..how cute and perky these are..and how you bite your lips when I -squeeze- them...it's so adorable
>you're..cuter than me..
>Oh Cass! How sweet, I can feel your little heart beating through it..it seems so..delicious
Nice, thanks anon.
There's a lot of potential for these two already.
>Hey Cass, welcome back to the world of the living! So how was the Spirit World anyway? I bet it was super cool! I want to know everything!
>...Don't want to talk about it.
Foxboy is cute. Any chance Cass ends up with him?
she can talk now?
She's been able to for a while?
she was mute for all of a year..she's been able to talk since 2000.
You might be getting confused by her Young Justice animated version, who was mute because her vocal cords got ripped out
>she was mute for all of a year
Not even. I think the big “STOP!” scene was, what, her first or second appearance?
Yeah, but that was a pretty huge concerted effort.
True
>Young Justice animated version
this, I was thinking of orphan
She talks plenty often, just not very much at once.
You're lucky to get her to string 4 words together.
There's nothing stopping her from speaking, she just doesn't have many words, and is used to communicating other ways if she needs to.
Still not sure if she learned to read though.
Why does this kinda look like that bl anime from china?
Everyone in the DC multiverse died a minimum of 2 times thanks to Barry Allen rebooting the fragile DC multiverse twice.
Isn't it racist to automatically put you in the afterlife according to your race? What if cassandria doesn't identify with any aspect of it?
afterlife ethno states are the way to go.
Mary sue character for waifu gays
BatGOD wins.
This is like the "Pebble in the Shoe" in Ed Edd n Eddy episode
overprotective Bat-dad will never not be entertaining.
WIP that can be flipped either way depending on your preference.
Why not all four? Polycule!
The current Batgirls series seems to portray Cass and Steph as kinda chaos gremlins when off the job.
>Also have no idea what the frick Conrad and Cloonan were on when they thought they were writing 14-16 year olds
Anyone actually have the screencap of this tweet? I keep hearing it come up, but the numbers seem to range anywhere from 12 to 16 depending on who’s telling it.
Comes from an AIPT comics interview. The artist comes in clutch and says he was drawing them as 16/17 year olds
Lord. Is it that difficult to do the very most bare minimum amount of homework? Not even reading the old stuff, but reading what literally *just* happened before you came on.
Burnside is the worst thing that's ever happened to Babs' character.
How are the editors, at a bare minimum, not keeping them on track?
I don't think they told the editors how old they're writing them, but moreover I think editorial themselves liked the idea of keeping them young.
>Cass gets massively into videogames and manga while learning to read.
>Steph will never park her ass on my nose
>All of the Robins has some form of daddy issue with Batman
>non of the batgirls do.
Cass certainly does.
And Steph has the "you never believe in me" thing from pre-New 52.
They all have daddy issues of some kind, but with their own dads. with Batman they mostly want good girl headpats(Huntress included) but Cass comes closest to having daddy issues with Batman
>Cass comes closest to having daddy issues with Batman
I’d say Stephanie might beat her. Girl started a fricking gang war for those headpats.
Our favorite nudist
Why doesn't Lady Shiva just rape her already?
What's taking so long?
Used goods. Deathstroke had to be hitting that from every angle during the whole mind control Slade juice debacle.
>I’m totally nonbinary guise look at my haircut
Meant to be straightened out by strong whiteman wiener
How quick would Xanthe give in to white wiener? Would they put up a good fight or break easily?
she would crumble for the first white man that approached.
They're hanging out with John Constantine.
John has the problem of his wiener being covered in other men's shit particles, which is a huge turn off for women.
Needs to be fricked up her ass til she admits she's a girl
Rape will fix the female brain, it's their number one fetish, please, allow me
Considering how few people take nonbinary stuff seriously, I bet Xanthe has been misgendered every time they were getting fricked.
Probably can't get off anymore unless the guy screwing them says their a good girl.
Don't know where else to ask this so i'll ask it here.
How's Jean doing?
I liked his mini, but I don't think it sold like cupcakes
Looks like Jean Paul is on the path to sainthood
I meant the character, what's he up to?
Will Xanthe, Bowen or Shen win the Cass-bowl?
>BAH GAWD THAT'S STEPHANIE BROWN'S MUSIC
How much play does Gotham's China town get? I know Batman's fought the triads before, but it's interesting to get an in depth look at it.
Your constant asian Batgirl threads have finally gotten to me. Post her recommended reading, and I'll give her a read.
Still think skipping the horrocks run but putting the gabyrch run is...far from ideal.
Horrocks run is underrated but that list does include her entire series.
Ah think i confused it with the other one lol. Anywho including the volume 3 is...odd?
Start wilth Batgirl v. 1
You'd think a sleek ninja wouldn't have such nice breasts.
Thats Steph.
Well, that explains it. Imagine if the outfit ripped wide open while she was fighting some thugs.
Hot. Bruce must be a pervert for letting an Asian teen run around in thin black spandex that constantly rips.
And the classic bicep rip optical illusion.
ok but you know, biceps bigger than (still fairly full) breasts is a flex in and of itself. Steph is a twig with boobs and butt(and they have been giving her some nice, full hips lately..)
>Steph "accidentally" rips her costume with her big boobs
>Oh no, I guess my costume was a little too tight! I guess you don't have to worry about that, Cass.
>Cass flexes and her costume sleeves shred
>Oops.
>pfft you guys are freakin' amateurs. I managed to go years without tearing my costume after the first few runs in my tights. I can still rock these tights without a hitch even after spending a few years in the chair, see?
>*eats a single french fry*
>*Thighs and hips bulge"
>*riiiiiiip*
>God fricking dammit
Barbara gaining weight as Oracle from eating greasy food is hot. Guess she'll have to work it off.
Cass does have a chest
>costume basically in tatters by the end of issue 3
>Steph’s conveniently forgotten how to sew
Funny to imagine how she would’ve dealt with that if Babs hadn’t come around. Can always swap out the cowl for the Spoiler mask, but the rest… lotta duct tape maybe.
That's Steph, the booba batgirl
>such nice breasts.
well that particular image is the costume beign worn by Steph..who's just a little bustier.
If Steph got caught looking like that in the slums of Gotham she's getting a hard wiener between her breasts.
Batman was so unfair to StephRobin. She could've been a good longterm Robin if he wasn't an ass.
Has the "first Robin" ever shown up again? I do feel like her character has potential. I kinda want to see if she still wants revenge on Bruce.
What was her gimmick again
She was the first kid Batman ever worked with early in his career, probably year one. She helped him take down the criminal She had been working with, but she killed him when he threatened to expose Bruce. Batman yelled at her and she threw herself into a fire.
Batman thought she died, but she didn't and came back for revenge on Batman and the real Robins that came after her.
Seems super fanficy tbh
She herself isn't too terrible. Honestly it's every other character that feels off writing wise and there's zero impact regarding Jenny because for 5 of the 6 issues they don't know whose doing everything.
The concept just seems hokey
It also makes Bruce look even more irresponsible. The idea that he took on another Robin after Jason already beggars belief. Adding this Jenny retcon makes him training Dick look really bad too. The five of them do agree broadly that being Robin is a bad thing.
That seems Awful for a book about the Robins God
Everyone seemed to dislike it. It was a weird misfire for what should have been a no-brainer success.
Hopefully never again.
Red Robin did pretty well later.
I don't buy Morrison's claims about Damian for a second.
I do heavily.
Or a mistake.
Not unlikely. But given it’s the only word we have on her time as Robin in the new Schrödinger’s Continuity, it’s functionally a revision.
could just be creative license, or they didn't give him reference for the fight
Probably both?
Is cass a tomboy.
Cass abs damm.
Post the pages where Cass wears Babs' old suit
Cass is moronsexual
Will you guys be buying the Digimon exercise toy if Cass is raiseable on the Batman chip?
I don't understand anything you just wrote.
Digimon was a virtual pet like tamagotchi. The newest Digimon toy is a exercise watch where how much you exercise your Digimon will evolve differently. Yesterday they announced a Batman version. I'm asking if people here will buy it if Cass is on the roster.
Cass is probably not on the roster.
They have 9 slots to fill, and we know Joker and Harley Quinn won't be on it since they are on a separate DC Villains one. So I think the chances of her being in a decent enough.
9 slots of just Batfam or general DC heroes?
9 slots for Batman and the Batfamily.
Decent odds then. Just gotta hope she’s not Orphan.
Probably will
Aw c’mon ToCA, find that little bit of hope within yourself DC hasn’t crushed yet. I saw some Cass video montage on their twitter the other day that name-dropped Orphan but didn’t actually show so much as one panel of her. Times-a-changin’?
R63 carry
I dont entirely hate orphan as a name personally, at least she was used it. I just think its likley when they still like to sell barbara as batgirl for other media. Would love to be wrong tho
What do you think about doing comms (gotta get any artist here)
It seems cool but I probably wouldn't have the time or care to deal with it. If they even have batfam characters it'd probably just be the usual TNBA line up of Batman, Babsgirl Nightwing, and a nondescript kid Robin who's basically Damian and Red Hood.
You think Steph ever accidentally called Bruce "Dad"?
She probably slips once. Meanwhile he’s accidentally calling her one of the first three Robins’ names every other week.
Oh yeah, she's closer to Bruce than her own father. When she thinks of Daddy she sees Bruce's face.
Don't see what the big deal is. Cassandra knows a third of the Bat family has died before.
Why are the only women who want Batman's dick either psychopaths, crooks or underage?
Because Bruce is unhinged himself and normal women can sense it.
Literally everyone wants Batman's dick.
Drew a couple sketches of Xanthe. I hope they take off. I'd like to see more art of them.
that damn enby got me acting unwise
There's needs to be more porn of them. I've only seen the one pic with Constantine.
I'd like to see these in color
Good design
Abs.
What's you opinion on omitting the scars?
Shit gets ridiculous sometimes. Here's a panel SPECIFICALLY pointing out her scars, as a story point, and the artist STILL either didn't bother or actively chose not to draw them for whatever reason.
You'd think they would have done it once again at least.
Had a built-in excuse for only drawing them the one time too, since the whole point of the story was seeing Cass from her own perspective, which would justify them suddenly being super dramatically visible.
Yeah.
She should have burns at least
Would those be explosion burns, torture burns, or annoyed Arthur while he was smoking burns?
As per Batgirls she should have a bullet wound scar in her chest.
Also for those whothought Cass should've have had the scars after the Lazarus pit dip, it is sort of evidence that the Lazarus pit doesn't quite heal all scars.
Hot
Good art style match honestly.
Hopefully asiaticgirl stays dead like the no-draw shit character she is.
>Today I will remind them how butthurt I am
>You're butthurt that my shit waifu can't sell a book!
Moron
Except her original which is still the longest running, i assume?
>My waifu could sell a book years ago!
Wow nice too bad she hasn't sold for a decade
Its almost as if she hadnt had a book for a decade? Gee you think that had something to do with it?
Why do people ship her with Kon. DC doesn't even remember he exists.
Is it ijust self-inserting nerds who see themselves as "the cool bad boy"?
Because they were a thing for a while in her solo title and it was cute and people liked it.
It's not that deep.
Toca is fun
I like it because a character that talks a lot and one that doesn't is fun. Plus the art is nice.
HE CANT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT
PAUL?!
He's finally gone too far.
Steph should try and be Cass’ wingman trying to get her a date
Would be fun
And then they realize they want to date each other, right?
>Steph manages to get Cass to go on some dates
>Talks about how now both of them can finally get laid
>Steph and Cass both bring boys home
>One takes the bedroom, the other the couch
>both get railed, but not really into it
>Wonder what the other is doing right now
>End up meeting in the bathroom after their lackluster dates pass out
>Start making out right there while still freshly creampied
there's actually a fic out there like that
Lame
That's how it is for my stuff for sure.
Cute.
>steph and babs both live vicariously via cass
>they try to make her date their type
>Cass goes for utter moron inistead
>You should date a suave, well put together, athletic type who's witty and charming and...very flexible.
>Or you could go for some cute nerdy boy who gets all nervous and shy when you kiss them!
>hmm...no
>YO BATBABE YOU WANT SUM FUK?
>God cass
>I can't belive I used to have his poster
>what
>Look it was back before I met Tim. Meeting him ruined it
>Give.
>I can't belive I used to have his poster
Which explains all the gratuitous belts and straps her costume had.
>Does he at least have a nice supple ass?
>Yeah can you slap his tush?
>Yes
>Attagirl
Need more.
>Dammit, I bet he has a nice butt too
>It is..great. Firm. Perfect curve. Right size. Batarangs bounce off.
>AAARgh! I miss Tim's butt. His was so cute and pert. And he yelped when you grabassed him
>At least it's not going to waste
>...What do you mean by that?
>The way his body is around Bernard..it's clear that he, what is it? 'Bottoms?'
>ARGH god dammit Cass...hey you wanna go watch sometime?
>bring chips
Mega kek
Would have guessed at least babs, but huh
Ah batdad
Funny.
who is paul?
Ligma
Kate and Xanthe pairing when?
not a single batgirl made the roster...
>Babs,Steph, and cass when the fricking car got in over them
Even the car’s less of an upset than Batwing and Flashpoint. Based Terry inclusion though.
>Cass: i sleep
Batwing getting in over any Batgirl is crazy
Wonder who the hidden final character will be for the Batman and Super Heroes Dims. They already spoiled Lex Luther is the hidden final stage for the Villains one because he is on the packaging.
Hilarious to see them still attempting to push Shazam and Black Adam.
God why do they keep shoving cyborg on the JL
Cute bats.
not normally into asian girls but cass is in a league of her own
Did anyone buy the cavewoman Cass action figure, I'd love to read the included comic but I'm not into action figures
I'm pissed I seem to have missed out on it
I didn't realize it was Cass. For some reason I just assumed it was Barbara.
It's fricking insane to me that this art is old enough to join the military.
Stephanie's lips are for Cassandra's enjoyment EXCLUSIVELY
Nah
Yeah
Now
bump
Is the any art for Cass or Steph in the Batman Ninja style?
I am astonished to find that this may be the only art I have saved of Cass as a kunoichi.
I can't believe no one's done a fanart with other characters in that universe.
As what
A female ninja
Ah thanks.
I found this for Barbara, but none for Steph or Cass
Wrong bat
Are you guys ready to say goodbye to Batgirls?
I wish they had relaunched it with a new team. It never really lived up to its potential.
Same.
So how would you relaunch it if you could?
>Cass and Steph with Babs as Oracle.
>Give steph her old cowl back, with lenses. pr at least give her hood a bat ears shape
>go back to them being 19-20 years old
>occasionally play on the "Bruce Wayne lost most of his money" thing so they need to occasionally pick up jobs for humor, probably keep getting fired
>Mostly serious tone for superhero stuff, any quips and humor should come from Steph's snark or Cass' sarkasm or dry humor.
>Play the contrast of Steph wanting to go to college eventually, maybe taking nursing classes with Cass just wanting to be Batgirl 24/7
>You can tease StephCass but keep it like Harley/Ivy was in the 2000's, subtle and often played for laughs/misunderstandings. The girls themselves should still have crushes on guys
>Art that makes the girls look cute, doesn't have to be straight cheesecake but some cutesy cheesecake would be nice.
Seems fun
Seems kino
The show 2 broke girls, but instead 2 broke Batgirls.
So long as neither of them are quite as b***hy as either of them.
Just pace it like an episode of Sailor Moon, 12 minutes SoL, 12 minutes suited up.
As the one who wrote the greentext my idea was cribbed from Mihoshi and Kiyone taking oddjobs in Tenchi Universe
>The girls get a job at a fast food place, but Cass just intimidates people ordering by just staring and waiting for them to order and saying nothing; or eating the burgers
>Get a job a laundry service but Steph kinda sucks at folding clothes properly and the final straw is when a bunch of clothes they had to deliver get torn up when they end up taking it with them into a battle
>Get jobs as secretaries but Cass is too slow to type and constantly misspells when she doesn't just put emojis or emoticons for certain words
>Get jobs as kid's party entertainment, Cass actually does well as a mime but Steph's clown outfit just has a bunch of rowdy boys "honking" her makes her flip out.
>Get a job as delivery drivers but end up taking constant detours to fight crime+ Cass eats part of the food every time
>Become bartenders, Cass surprisingly exceeds at it but Steph ends up skimming shots after a long week and keeps messing up drinks
Enjoyable
Greentexts are always fun
>Steph's clown outfit just has a bunch of rowdy boys "honking" her makes her flip out.
I don't blame them. Steph's breasts probably look great in a multicolored polka-dot onesie.
Sounds fun
They really need to stop being NEETs
They should be more Neet
And of course an issue where Bruce or Babs has them go undercover as henches and the pay is like three times better than any of those.
>Bruce as a female hench
>I can't believe we're working for Mr. Eraser. This guys a dweeb even by my dad's standards.
>My bat-dad's too. He knew him in college. He.. made him a cluck-is that how you say it?
>Ew.
I've invested in the paint remover to clean buildings and statues when they're defaced. We sell gallons every week. It helps, ahem- erase- any trace of connection with my extracurricular activities
>Huh. So...technically me just dressing up in white out tape is-
>Completely legal!
>...huh..and 300 a week for two nights of work isn't too bad-
>Oh 300? I'm sorry, they must've put the point on when they shouldn't have-here, allow me-
>*proceeds to rub checks on his head-
>Here, girls. $30,000, you earned it!
Mostly...
That's a real good deal. I'd go for it.
Still wish ferry drew more cass
Same
why do they look like a boy?
She doesnt
Here’s Cass and Steph-Bat.
Aw, cute and nice bat-butt
Sweetly scary
Creepy
DC acknowledged the adoption !
DC's twitter has been unfathomably based when it comes to Cass lately.
Indeed
How?
Long story short, with Didio gone , Cass has had more appearances as Batgirl these last two years, and these last few weeks Cass has been getting featured in the DC comics/Batman twitter posts. Sometimes it's just in compilations with other characters(like father's day), but last week they also did a spotlight video on her with her Birds of Prey slot reveal.
Because Didio no longer incharge
Is someboldy going to be able to bring Alfred back while King is still with DC?
Man the artwork from the end of Cass's series is incredibly nostalgic for me.
Never saw her tatto before.
So was Batgirls good?
For me it was mixed
Cain should be smiling, he’s super proud of Cass.
???
Man has Cinemaphile always been this slow? I feel like we're seeing threads going for 4-5 days more often.
Sometimes
