I downloaded it out of curiosity for what Hollywood markets to "the kids today" with their streamer brains and it was... eh... alright for what it is.
Real Steel is pure soul, wish it had a sequel. The only movie that Spielberg produced in this century that not outright sucked.

Apparently 75% of the movie takes place in "The Void" which is just a Fortnite level where Deadpool and Wolverine will wander around sterile landscapes meeting whichever actors from the FoX-Men movies they could pay to come back.
I expect that I'll be buying the inevitable Lego set just because I have nothing going on in my life and I miss my childhood when concepts like this would/could/should have been cool and fun.

Seriously, the actual plots of Deadpool 1 and 2 are absolute garbage. I wish they would just do a simple superhero plot (bad guy wants to destroy the world; Deadpool has to stop him. Make up some funny excuse about why the avengers and x-men can't help) so that they can focus on over-the-top characters and actual humor. I don't want to see Wade crying over his temporarily dead girlfriend. I don't want a boring attempt at a feel-good "family" plot. I just want a fun story.
I barely remember it, but I'm pretty sure the Deadpool game actually did a better job in that regard. There wasn't constant tonal whiplash between an attempt at a sob story and a comedy.
Missed opportunity where they could've done their version of Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe. Probably the best way to erase the failure of Phases 4 & 5.
