As far as original music goes, it's hard to top Road To Rhode Island, followed by Folks At The Freakin FCC. I'm sure a lot of younger viewers think songs like You Make Me Feel So Young and Shabupi originated with FG.
I do need to say that Mr Booze, Bag Of Weed and Christmas Time Is Killing Us are fricking awful
Mr booze is great and the tweaks they made to the original were inspired.
The animation for it kills my soul though. Especially the crowd shots where everyone is rigged to the same exact motions.
>Road To Rhode Island is lifted from Road To Morocco
I should have looked that up before typing all that. Oops. I don't know, OP. Just consider this a free bump.
I still count it. It's my favorite song from probably my favorite episode of Family Guy.
>Christmas Time Is Killing Us
I have a guilty pleasure with this song. I like to play it in December when I'm working. This and Futurama Christmas songs.
That feeling of working to the bone and everyone around you walking on air celebrating Christmas.
People hated that song? I always liked it, how grim and dark it felt.
I was so disappointed when I found out they stole Mr. Booze. Like holy frick, if you're going to have big musicals at least be original.
He's been really open about how he just takes songs from old Broadway musicals, because he fricking loves that shit.
>because he fricking loves that shit.
Old Broadway specials or taking shit that never fricking belonged to him in the first goddamn place?
Considering how many bits he stole from the Simpsons, both I'd guess
To be entirely fair, Seth has a good voice for big broadway songs.
>Saying that Mr Booze is awful.
You're awful. Yes the animation on the crowd looks awkward as frick but the actual song is great.
>Saying Christmas Time is Killing Us is awful.
Fair enough. All I Really Want for Christmas shits all over it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aa22MBGkl9o
fcc is Volunteer Fireman's Picnic
family guy has never had an original song
>Hating on Mr. Booze
Mr booze was the only good part of Robin and the 7 hoods. I'm glaseth put it in the show because I'd rather not watch any scenes from the movie. It's dogshit
I don't have one. I only put Family Guy on when I need something easy to tune out.
AIDs Song.
Thank the Whites is pretty great.
And the tune is from a Cary Grant film.
also, if we include American dad, Ollie North is pretty amazing
Yes, American Dad has kino music.
B12, and that trapped in the closet parody.
Using Steve is cheating. I would un-ironically buy I Steve Smith album.
The best Steve song is him and Charles Bradley.

SOVL
>Just a prom night dumpster baby…and I’m taking a stroll
Shapoopie
Politics aside it's extremely catchy
Wonderful Day for Pie.
Futurama songs or Family Guy songs?
I mean others are posting American Dad songs so post something from FOX cartoons
>futurama songs
I physically cringe
>family guy songs
SHIPOOPI, SHIPOOPI, THE GIRL WHO'S HARD TO GET
Shipoopi isn't a Family Guy song m8, like it's not even a case of the reworking a melody with new lyrics. It's just straight up a song that already existed that Family Guy used.
I literally do not care you pedantic homosexual. Go cry to Broadway.
The only Futurama song I can think of is this absolute JAM
One of the biggest advantage Family Guy songs have over Futurama songs is the voice quality because of Seth Macfarlane.
WE'RE WHALERS ON THE MOON
?t=133
>It's not ghey if it's on the moon
this song shits on anything MacFarlane ever made but MacFarlane is more consistent.
Why haven't they done a Steve album? Like genuinely
Family Guy would have been Simpsons seasons 1-8 levels of famous if it had devoted itself more to Americana musical episodes.
Shipoopie definitely
Family Guy was never good
>can't touch me!
Does this count as an American Dad song if it was written before this just as a normal song?
I'd vote no. Like "No Children" and "Like a Friend", they might be more famous for their cartoon appearance than their original album, but in all three cases, they were clearly using the songs in the spirit of a licensed song- adapting something existing to something else.
A song they didn’t even air.
AS SOMEDAY IT MAY HAPPEN THAT A VICTIM MUST BE FOUND
Do you suppose it was "The Guy who watched the Simpsons back in 1994, and won't admit the damn thing isn't funny anymore?" or the Asian cutting in line that did it?
Down Syndrome Girl is a guilty pleasure
glad there's someone else
Thank goodness, I thought I was in a thread full of plebs
candy quahog marshmallow cause clevenland getting choked by the octupus and joe at the bottom of the stairs made me laugh
the FCC song always stuck out
Mr. Booze for sure, I used to listen to that one over and over.
Undeniably the BEST, CATCHIEST and most Iconic Family Guy song now and forever.
Surfin Bird.
see
Futurama had robot hell and the robot devil opera, those are straight bangers
I think the Bureaucrat Song is pretty good too
Down Syndrome Girl
Another vote for the FCC song.
YOU HAVE AIDS
I just get a kick out of the first two lyrics
You posted it. You've got a Lot to See is easily the best song in the entire series.
>my drunken irish dad
I DONT GIVE A FRICK, frick if anyone said it or not, but I really like Surfing Bird, I am the cancer that keeps demanding more episodes with it involved.
I generally hate songs in cartoons so none.
Yeah im a pothead
