I can’t understand what the frick was going through the director’s head. The fight choreography looked top-notch, but it was almost completely obscured by having the camera crew have a gran mal seizure during every fight scene.
And it was one twist away from pure kino.

Bring all that foreshadowing together at the close of the movie - all that stuff like everything being scripted and them “controlling the narrative.” Should have ended with the Shaman revealing that this is how the Regime always changes hands - with the Resistance *becoming* the Regime, and thereby explaining why Famke’s character would be beloved by anyone. Then have the siblings depart from the narrative by cooperating, killing the Shaman, and then choosing to simply walk away without assuming power.[spoiler]
If you did that, you could cut to a boardroom where we find that the *real* power was Frosty Puffs all along.[/spoiler]
