      The griffins house looks the smallest but their living room and kitchen are probably the biggest and that sun room is nice. The Smith house looks the biggest but their kitchen and living area are cramped by comparison.

      Smith House has a pool in the back, I'd invite some friends over for a pool party every now and then. Plus there's a bar in the attic.

    Stan Smith's house.

    Has a pool, spacious backyard, sizeable Garage, Basement laundry, 3 bed plus study, Stan's study is very tastefully decorated as is the rest of the house (None of the Simpsons off bright pink and green), Modern kItchen and dining room.

    And the attic is spacious and often has a full bar in it.

    Plus Tuttle is a nice neighbour.

    Its's just a solid house

      Probably the comfiest living experience of all above, and the most affordable, but you wouldn't want to own it. That low pitched roof is snow sag and water damage waiting to happen, and the reverse slant on the garage is fricking that wall all to hell. I'd put in a cross gable main roof, reverse the garage slant and insulate the frick out of it.
