They should have adapted Coast to Coast as a comic book (which would have been great), so that no one would complain.
Bro I can't believe a villain did a villain thing. I remember when Joe Chill shot Batman's parents and I was like "what the frick is this? Fricking edgelord grimdark bullshit."
I really liked this, I definitely wouldn't call it grimdark. There was something really atmospheric about it that just worked. Honestly would've loved to see something like this for more of the old Hanna-Barbera heroes.
We almost got a cartoon in the 2010s that was supposed to play it more straight and have guest stars like the Herculoids. It got passed because consumer products didn't know how to sell it to a new audience.
We're also getting a new comic by Dynamite later this year.
He didn’t have a series in 2016, he had a crossover one shot with green lantern and played a relatively small part on Future Quest, which was great. He then had a few issues in the follow up series.
It was fun even if I'm not into the tragedy angle of it
It was great they did a braindead show best remembered for its parody on a cool space superhero story
Kino Ghost
I challenge anyone to read this with the coast-to-coast voices
I did even Brak's voice
If you actually read that then you know that it wasn't all that dark at all.
lol ok

Disingenuous Black person
He’s right you know
Was it good? I really like the show.
It’s pretty solid.
I wouldn't exactly call it "Grim Dark"
the DC space Ghost stuff was generally pretty solid. Wish they put him into regular continuity.
Eh SG shouldn't be no more than another earth. He'd be crowded out and jobbing in DC prime.

So I see this thread has someone triggered by that page and he's not gonna have anyone tell him he's wrong huh
Are you implying that page isn't edgy?
Kino
Just read it and I wish they did more.

Space Ghost is a great superhero design, but I don’t see a timeline where it’s ever brought back without c2c being extant
Genndey could make it work.
Too busy with his dog balls movie
I read the DC revivial in 2016
