Trannies attached to the movie because it has a line about her brain being female, and then once her brain is put into her new body, the body reforms itself to her self-image

Literally a troony fantasy on screen.

          Anonymous

That's a fricking stretch. Body swap / interfacing human conciousness into machinery is one of the oldest sci-fi tropes.

            Anonymous

Trannies (and hence jannies) loved this movie because it was an affirmation of their fantasy that they too can craft themselves into a heckin cute anime girl.

            >find super advanced robot body in space ship
            >it reforms itself to its "female brain."

this is not a stretch, this is what trannies believe will happen at some point, to their bodies, and then kill themselves when their male bodies continue to become more and more male over time.

In part. The reason I know I don't remember the live action too well was because the chick I saw it with started trying to blow me at some sunken space ship part so we spent most of the rest of the movie just fooling around

Didn't have to be an animated character, that's not the only thing that makes this a very shit movie but it's a big one.
The character just sticks out like a sore thumb in every scene and we're always aware that she's animated and not actually a real interacting part of the world of the movie.
    >inb4 muh motion capture
It didn't work. It might have even been well executed but it still didn't work, look at that webm of her eating the chocolate or any of the action scenes. Frickin sucks. Should've just had the motion capture actress play the role instead of doing motion capture.

It's okay, but I'm genuinely bored to tears of the trope where, the most human-like robot is actually super advanced/special and can beat every single other robot/war machine and gets the best of both worlds between combat efficiency and aesthetics.
